Besides Arab Israelis really haven't had any big tank battles since WWII. Maybe the Golan Heights in 1973

tank vs tank warfare in wide open terrain, your a sitting duck no matter which side your on . . . more of a suicide attack against each other by both sides . . . in such a scenario only thing you can do is remain mobile as you engage ur enemy, can't risk even few seconds of becoming a stationary target since either side is engaging the other at point blank range . . .
