I remember storms like this when I was a kid. I remember my dad digging the cars out dressed like a mummy. Traffic in big cities etc. but isn’t the snow beautiful?

I remember helping dad put chains on the tires of the old DeSoto. We had a long driveway and we lived at the end of the road so we never did get plowed out.

South Central , PA , got around 6in... it started melting yesterday with slush mix, and is now a lot of ice out there, be smart, be carful.....4x4 does NOTHING on ice....

There is a connection between climate change and extreme weather occurrences. Google "polar vortex collapse" if you're not to lazy or confirmation bias prevents it.
We got 5 inches in my town in NH. It's a yawner so far. It's going to get up to the 50s in a few days and it will all melt. There is supposed to be another 3 inches this afternoon but this will be an easy storm because it's on a weekend and people were well-prepared.

Our Hunting seasons are getting worse and worse each year in my State due to weather killing off the game.
It has started to effect the breeding of some animals.
Raising cattle so you can eat at McDonalds is getting harder because of guess what ? The weather.
Raising the wheat and grain is getting harder due to Hotter and dryer summers.
Without proper snowpack the lower elevations do not have as much water.
Excess snowpack or melting too fast also causes catastrophic problems.
Growing the corn you eat down to the little veggies- It is being effected by the weather.
With less snow pack the farmers have less water to irrigate the fields.
Trying living off the land and say the weather is not changing.
Ignoring the problem is not solving the problem
