How do you activate reverse on the TM6?

It's inside the far right circle (the blade/speed circle) click on the image of the blade and it will switch to an image of reverse and when that's showing that's the way it's going to spin. 😁

Garbage, I had even less chicken than you, it came out raw!! The soaked baking paper completely interferes with the steam.
