To be honest when my parents don't take care of themselves I automatically become like this. I mean if they over work , if they don't take their medicines properly when they are sick , if they don't get enough sleep, if they don't eat well .... I' m not going to shut my mouth just because they are my parents . And you shouldn't too..They do so much for us to the point that they forget about themselves .so it's your job to taking care of them.Ofcouse they would yell at you first but after some time they would love that. Don't be their little girl or boy for the rest of your life . Be that responsible daughter or son who they can lean on , who loves them infinity ,who take care of them forever .
