How did we get the Bible? Why those 66 books and not others? How do we know that what we have in our English Bibles in what the authors wrote? What English translation is the best?
Thanks I bought a Concordia Lutheran study Bible after watching. My first read was NIV life application. The notes here are enough different to get me motivated to read it. I got the Messiah so using the new Bible to find Jesus in the old testament based on that book.
I'm not sure which 16 verses you're talking about. If you're talking about the ending of the gospel of Mark, that is because those verses are not attested to in the earliest manuscripts.
