Just found your channel when this recipe popped up. As you were making them I asked myself did she make a mistake, when you added water instead of any type of milk. Well, I made them per your instructions and I have to say they were the best biscuits I've ever made in my 73 years of life. Where DID you find this water biscuit recipe? I just have to know. I enjoyed your tutorial. Your voice is so calming and you are so thorough with your instructions. I'm so glad I found you channel. I'll be following you from now on. Thanks, Linda from Texas.

I make biscuits fairly often. I’ve stopped cutting rounds and just square up the dough and cut with pizza cutter. It saves the trouble of re rolling and eliminates the inferior secondary biscuits. I’ve never been happier 🎉

Chef Pam!!! I was skeptical about the water in the biscuits, but girl let me tell you they were delicious! I used some honey butter in my dough, and it was FABULOUS!! and this is coming from a former caterer! Thanks again and LOVE your channel!

I just made the biscuits. They are so nice and flaky and soft. This is going to be the only biscuit recipe I use from now on. I might cut back a little on the sugar though. They turned out fantastic. I used a glass 9x13 dish. I love them. Hope everyone tries these.❤

As a southerner, I've tried my hand at making biscuits several times, and all were unsuccessful!! LOL! I am willing to give this one a try! My grandmother made biscuits every morning for us but apparently I wasn't paying attention! My kids still laugh at all of my attempts!!

Everything is so clear and easy to follow. Thank You....

I recently started watching Pam and when I needed a recipe for biscuits I said "Let me see if Pam has a recipe." I made the biscuits this morning and they came out sooo good! I'll definitely have to make some egg gravy or sausage gravy to go with them. I burnt my fingers a little bit picking up a hot baking dish, but it was worth it. They really are as good as she says.

OMG! Pam thank you thank you thank-you for this recipe. This reminds me of growing up in the 60’s when I was very young my Granny kept me during the day and she made biscuits like this every morning for breakfast and at dinner. I had coffee and these wonderful buttery biscuits with my Papa and see who could eat more. I want one now. Thanks again for sharing the recipe. 😊
