I bought this, the projector failed after about 4 short uses, doesnt work anymore. I dropped the phone from about 10 inches off the floor and the screen broke, its so heavy and not rugged so it picks up so much speed when falling. The unihertz customer support is horrible. The battery also doesnt charge past 40% anymore, all after one month. I may as well just be carrying around my old phone with a piece of 2x4 strapped to it.
I bought the tank 2 as my media centre and TV cause as a broke college student who just wnated something to use for movies and games it has been THE BEST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE❤. Being able to come home from work or class. Place the phone on my bookshelf and turn on my little JBL Go 3 pocket speaker turns into an amazingly easy portable theatre that both me and my mates love. Great for a small movie night and gaming to wind down. Im gonna stick with the tank 2 for now as having the fan would annoy me too much but if your looking for something fun, reliable and gonna turn heads. I cannot recommend the Tank 2 enough, same for the Tank 3 pro.
No way, i said i wish the tank 3 had the projector and as it didn't i ordered a Xiaomi 14 ultra, then 2 days after watching the video and ordering the xiaomi a new video comes out with the tank 3 having a projector now , aaaaagggghhhhhh

I thought at first to order the new Galaxy s24 Ultra but price was too much for me and Samsung really doesnt give anything in the box not even a charger. And the battery is decent 5000mah... I am very picky when it comes to order a new phone since there is no ultimate phone in the market .. it's either they will give you good quality camera or good battery life there is no both And then i finally saw this random company i was skeptical at first but the more i saw reviews about it It's just make me wanna buy one . So i finally ordered the Tank 3 Pro very excited to use it. The only disadvantage that i see from it is the size which is pretty big . But cant complain too much about it since it has 23800mah! Would you use it when you go out on a daily basis? Or is it too bulky and uncomfortable for that? I would love to hear your opinion, thanks!
It’s personally too large to fit in my pocket comfortably, the Tank 2 which was thinner was probably the limit for that. But if you carry a bag with you everywhere then this could be a good choice!

@@mistermyrphy1719 It really depends on your use on it. let's just say you dont want to hang out with it and put it in your pocket .. too big the battery is good can last 2 days with full use (everyone is different ) depends on what you put on it. what i didnt like is : the phone need to be in cold environment cause if its too hot he will freeze . and i only charge the phone with an AC in order to get to 100% otherwise without ac he will get to 60 70% and freeze because its too hot. another thing is the camera decent camera if you like to take pictures alot in good quality this phone is not it.. and of course the weight of the phone like i said. _________ Now the things i did like in this phone are : First of all the projector is insaine very good quality especially when its it comes from a phone. another thing i liked is the battery life which can hold alot. the system is fast to run lots of stuff on it. you need to charge the phone like one hour and you are good to go for a couple of days. the sound quality is very loud but not bad loud good loud very good sound like you got a JBL in your phone. and of course you get lots of cool tools in it that i never seen any other phone that has them. the flash light is insaine can light the whole room and area. so overall its a good phone depends on your use . it's more for camping , and traveling . less for daily phone. for daily phone i would suggest redmagic 9 Pro+ or Asus Rog 8 series

Yes it does have nfc and while it might not be as sharp as a 4K tv, it still does look fairly sharp, but be source to make sure that you get the focus wheel right

Thanks for a full review, David. I bought the Tank 3 Pro recently from Aliexpress for an introductory cut-price deal. Happy so far. It has already been updated to Android 14. Lack of bloatware on the phone is a real plus, unlike other Mainland Chinese cells. Battery life is not as advertised even after disabling location, reducing brightness, et alia. Projector is pretty bright and easily focused - I use it (I'm an English teacher in Taiwan) to show students ppt presentations at their homes on lounge walls. Have found a problem with the video functions that freeze sometimes, but not yet fully tested all camera settings. Presently using a 1TB SD card with no problems. Works well with wifi network social apps like LINE and WECHAT. Speaker sound is loud and clear; picture and ppt screen displays are very sharp. On longish outdoor cycling trips, the constant pix-taking, use of Map my Ride distance app while listening to music, still clocks excellent conserved battery life. Furthermore, as an unlocked phone, it accepted my Taiwanese service provider SIM no problemo. Highly recommended.
What is MOST impressive about it is exactly that they rarely update it with bloatware slowing it down 🎉 unlike other phones where the camera app itself will take 10 seconds to launch after some updates

is not posible 1080 p in a phone , maximum is 720 p laser proiector invented in 2015 in tank 2 and blackview max 1 my phone from 2019 , night the quality is superb on a white wall and white big cars , 2 meters on the asphalt street , you need to view real .

Well, I think one could have a problem. Max is around 97Wh and this is way beyond that. I guess you might say that you have 2 batteries into one - but..... They are connected together so..... Maybe those people checking stuff, would not know to much about it and would just see it as a phone.

I have the Tank 2, which is slightly lighter, but still heavy. Honestly you get used to it quickly! I love my Tank 2 (I'm an avid hiker). I just wish the camera was better. But the weight doesn't bother me.

It really depends on the order, but unfortunately when I plug my iPhone into it, usually my iPhone charges the tank 💀

Could be the mediathek cpu my father has a motorola with a big battery and the md cpu eats alot of energy.

Unihertz/8849 phones aren’t great with updates, you might get one OS upgrade if you’re lucky, but the phone should last a long time
