I love the mystery that surrounds the three vampire women. Who are they? Where do they come from? What is their connection to Dracula? It's all so vague.
"They all three laughed - such a silvery, musical laugh, but as hard as though the sound could never have come through the softness of human lips. It was like the intolerable, tingling sweetness of water-glasses when played on by a cunning hand." - Bram Stoker
Not much is said about them is there? The inn keeper at the beginning mentions them. We see them and then Dracula charters a ship to take him to England and that’s it. No more brides. Leaves them all behind for Miss Mina.
The brides in the Spanish version look creepier than the originals; I like the expression on the brunette on the right. The original trio look more like zombies or wax dummies.
Yes. Apparently the blonde vampire's name is Verona Dolingen, while the two brunettes are Aleera and Marishka. The fourth one that you mention survive the armadillo and her name is Anna. She is Dracula's favorite and he even bring her with him to England. She appeared in 'The Last Voyage of the Demeter', and she explains that she, along with the trio, had been sacrificed to Dracula by their townspeople as a slave of blood so that the Count would leave them alone. As soon as they're about to die from bloodloss, Dracula would fed them his blood and turn them into a vampire. While the trio succumbs to Dracula's charm, Anna is still resistant towards Dracula because she sees him for exactly what he is, a bloodthirsty monster taking the form of human, not otherwise, which is why she is Dracula's favourite 'bride'.
I remember seeing a movie, also featuring those women in white, and I remember them moving in a way that it looks like they just float close above the ground... Does anyone know what I am talking about?

I like it! You're literary, bless you, we're a vanishing kind.
Get back, you whores of Satan!✝️
When I was a little kid watching this for the first time, the brides gave me a serious case of the willies!!
Based on the three witches in Macbeth (Stoker worked for a great Shakespearian actor).
English Version Brides: Hairdos contemporary to the 1930’s.
Spanish Version Brides: Hairdos That are timeless.
Well said!
The original Verona, Marishka and Aleera.😄

Exceptional
Somewhat this is how I felt when three girls wanted to take me out on a prom night! This scene perfectly blends in my life 😂
If 'Just Eat' started up in the early 30's then this would have proved to be a good picture screen commercial lol 🧛♂️
Da más miedo está escena del Drácula de Bela lugosi que cualquier otra escena más actual del mismo género
The spanish ones gave me nightmares---
There like Count Yorga Brides!
Is there not a full version of the movie Dracula 1931
Was one of them related to the composer Dvorak ?
The Best
If I was in the movie, I would have requested an additional scene with me and the brides.
And Count Dracula dismisses the three cadaverous brides so he can have his way with Renfield.
Is the Spanish version available? I've seen pieces but never the whole movie.
It's included as an extra in some versions of the dvd or blu-ray.
They think they were inspired by the three witches in Macbeth.
Dracula lives in Romania in a big house with beautiful women… Bro’s the OG Hustler long before Andrew Tate!
There were FOUR but the armadillo got at her while sleeping. You can hear Dracula killing it off-screen.

These gals didn't show fangs but were still creepy.
The three women of Dracula (Bela) are real. They all have the same long black hair.
One of them is supposed to be a blonde.
♥️ Super Freaky 🖤
