I have newfound respect for @daveMatthews. Thank you for standing up for humanity and justice.
Your music will forever play on my speakers and in my heart.
Have you heard joy ride??? Sooo good
i knew of dave matthews band, the space between, crash, ants marching, what not.... do you remember and dreaming tree is what got me into dave matthews band. i love these 2 songs
I hope I can hear this when I’m gone. 🙏🏻
Oh, me too ❤❤❤
his genius in making us all feel more human is fueled by his honesty and humility !
Well said Richard, much love to u
Hello to all 2020 we are survivors
Amen
This always reminds me me of my child hood friend. Riding bikes , playing in creeks. Beautiful memories
Dave still crushes it ! Still has the voice after all the years of screaming his lungs out for 30 years amazing!!!!
This is such an uplifting song!! A tribute to all of us when we were young and innocent and we had to rely on our imaginations!
Very well put... I agree!
You captured the vibe of this song so very well. A celebration of who we are at our core, amazing people. Recognize your childhood gifts and embrace each one💜🙏🙂
still a Cracking tune 2023
The beauty of Dave is how he highlights his band, knowin he wouldn't have gone so far without his amazing band.
I get the feeling this is one of his favorite songs he's ever written..
He performs it with such conviction it stops and makes one pay attention.
There's A LOT packed into this song.
I cannot express how much I'm in love with this Jam.
Takes me back to a time when I didn't feel like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders, working 50 hours a week, being a adult.
That youthful carefree and sence of wonder come through in this song so well.
Although I might be a bit biased, I love this band. Once upon a time, even though they will probably never know, they saved my life.
Much love everyone and happy jams!
Hey mister i agree with u i just started listening to this band and it has given a lot of comfort in my heart.
You said it so well! The moments of carefree childhood. Just a distant memory now with the responsibilities of an adult.
They saved my life too....❤
Metoo
Break's over. Get back to work.
That band ,that singer
I can't dance but this song makes me dance
Beautiful Summer with my Bull ❤
Worth all the heartache.
I LOVE YOU MY LOVELY
I was there............................Great show.
“Thank Y’all ...I can’t stop saying it...because I’m in a good mood”..... he said it in a way I can see his inner kid inside coming out happy and enjoying the moment........so tender....LOVE HIM!!!! It is so nice to see people keep their inner child alive !!!!!.... even through the years you can see when they were 5 7 10 17 20 25 ...no matter how grey the hair is, or how to wrinkle around the eyes... you see through the obviousness and see them as they are.. their real soul and how old really are ... a beautiful and bright child ... who believes in "Do you remember...When we were small..Do you remember ..When we believed..There was gold in the river (Rhine) and ghosts in the attic....The color of sunshine, The color of laughter, The color of love, The color of water " as the song says and continues... "Do you remember When we made believe We were sinking in quicksand There's no rope to save you Yeah we're on our own... Searching for treasure".... I wish so much people could not forget who they were, when they were a child... the innocence, the easy laughter, the uncomplicated facts of life...we became so serious, so dramatic, so mean and evil... forgetting ourselves in that venue... sad enough... so this song remembers me to keep myself innocent all the malevolence and discover it piece by piece, because everyone has this kid alive and sometimes they get lost , our task is to see beyond that, above the mistakes and bad they have done... who knows... maybe you discover a new treasure, where there was only mud before..... ❤️
Reminds me growing up and just being a kid, imaginary and friends , makes me smile 😊❤
Just look at the joy. I don't know who's happier, the Band or the audience.
Te amo Dave! ❤❤❤
Damn this is really the first time i listened to this carefully, how incredibly beautiful ❤️
Its so cute and wholesome how you can see that he really does love to be there and perform but hes a lil shy
I not only love to hear them play n sing but I love to hear Dave talk
As an avid couch tour participant, these little videos shot by the band are a very special treat. Love It!
"As an avid couch tour participant...."; I love that expression (I'm one as well)! Martin, may you continue to enjoy these video treats.
I was a couch participant on the youtubes to These concerts and i just went to my 1st one on 12/11/18 at the Wells Fargo Center. I Drove 4.5 hours there watched the show and drove back home 4.5 hours. I have been a DMB fan since 1996. I just honestly and i know this is hard to believe, i was the only DMB fan. So no one ever wanted to go with me and not wanting to go alone. Well this year i said Fu*k it. I just turned 40 and don't care about doing things alone. I got divorced this past year and after all the shit, i seriously HAD to do something for me. And i am so glad i did. I was Row 11 on the floor Seat 10 so Dead Center and as close as i could get. It was expensive, BUT SO worth it. Being there was an experience i will not forget. I have been to about 20/30 other concerts from other bands and i can say without a doubt this was the best and the best money i have ever spent. So i advise if you can, Save up now and TREAT YO' Self. you wont be sorry. I am already planning on getting tickets to every show within reason of me in 2019. The bands energy and the crowds vibe is amazing.
@@ryanengle3188 This band have kept me going since 2012 when I discovered them.....its been a beautiful journey. I am going to my first concert in March at the Eventim Apollo in London......I can't wait.
@@kathleenthompson8134 yez.. 🤗🤣❤
Anytime that man steps to the mike, ik il smile, laugh, or tear up
I still can't believe hes south African ....
But it does explain that unique brand of musicality..
And that ain't an open handed comment...love the band
Love this one
Brings me right back to my childhood... scary fantasies of monsters under the bed, the bogeyman coming after us, sinking in quicksand... so evocative and so beautifully rendered... we should take cover indeed!
Yeah it feels like it should be on "Under The Table & Dreaming"...kind of encapsulates that whole sentiment. Saw him June 10th , 2022 . Just outside Akron Ohio at the Blosom Music center . It was a great show and a great time .
I liked the way when he said that introduction that he and of course none of us knew that Covid would hit us like it did .
This was fkn awesome.. His little speech and happiness and the funky fun song. I remember!!
Started listening to DMB in 1994 or so. Hardly listen to anything else since. Ben Howard, Charlie Cunningham, Head and the Heart, David Gray, and a few other s I discovered through DMB. Best band ever!!
god damn.. 20 years and he still fucking rocks a show! i hope i get to see him this year in denver at the fidlersgreen ampitheater! i have grew up listening to him for almost 20 years, my sister introduced me to his music when i was just a young lad! i was hooked on his style of playing. he is definitely my all time musician!
Dave!!! Literally the only person who can make me smile when I'm down like I am right now. ❤❤❤
Like a fine wine, these guys only get better with time.
SO TRUE!!!
Love this! It's pure South African township jive. He's definitely remembering...
I was right in the pit dead center in front of Dave at this show! Cant wait til this summer!
i remember the first time i heard Dave, I was in Saudi Arabia tending bar ... go figure.... my co worker had brought in some DMB one night ... heard the fiddle .. then Dave ... I was hooked ... get it?
I love it. Makes me smile everytime. Playing with friends with the sole intent of playing with friends. Growing up poor in Arkansas, was a huge blessing.
I love dave. Can never get enough!
Was a passive fan of DMB. Then almost didn't buy Come Tommorrow. For its the bed Album I had ever heard. brought me back to the band. I'm going to see them in CT. can't wait
best*
I love the sound quality of this. The engineering is on point.
Probably one of the best songs he played last night in GA.
Bruce Steever I wish the playlist that night was a bit better but he still rocked out
My GO-TO HAPPY PLACE THANKS DMB
Love this song!
Truly incredible. Touches my heart.
I was at this show and i certainly DO REMEMBER how amazing this concert was. One of the best, if not the best live bands!!!
These guys are gifted... And a gift for us all
This song make me realy happy....
Instant classic.
Love the intro, "Thank you" DMB! Can't stop saying it cause y'all put me in a good mood every time I listen.
I go through hard things every single day but I am in a good mood too.
Thank you Dave Matthews band for being the best at what you do. Love you. XO 💗 Samantha
MAGIC!
DMB FOREVER
I love how everyone on the stage enjoy playing together!
Those drums sound so frickin' tight... Mmmmmmmmm...
Just watched a video from 94. Same exact lineup. Minus the one dude. RIP.
Also a cool thing dave did was make sure everyone is paid the exact same.
I always feel better when I hear this band live.
Amazing song!! Can’t wait to see you guys in Brazil ❤️🎶
Rose Porto yeah¡!!! Southamerican tour¡!¡!
yaaaaaah
I was at this concert. Phenomenal!
Love is all OVER THIS BAND!!!! GET FUNKY get FUNKY spread the LOVE 💘 ENJOY 😉
I heard this song on one of those personally curated Spotify playlist, and damn is it good 🔥
Miss you Leroi.
Happy these guys are still playing
Such an incredibly fun and light hearted jam. DMB is so tight and precise and musically gifted, but they play with abandon like they're playing for everyone of us individually. Just the best...
I don't know why it took me so long to love DMB. I saw them live like 15 years ago but I feel like I just discovered them
Turning into my new favorite - glad the animations are back!
3-31-2020 coronavirus pandemic lockdown playlist ~*~ THANK YOU DMB
Just saw this song again last night at cmac. His lyrics just pull out perfect memories. And a perfect melody to go with it. Great song.

Dig the new tune. Saw them in Camden 20 years ago :)
I saw them at The Meadows in Hartford, CT when I was in 10th grade (1997) and they played a lot of songs from Before These Crowded Streets and Crash - great memories!
Carter on those drums. Godamn!!!
...and Tim is such a happy little fellow doing what he likes to do most and doing it so well.
Quite the wordsmithery and imagination. Great new lyrics.

Best version of Do You Remember. Dave’s voice is on point and the engineer did a great job with his guitar mix. Love the woo, gives me chills.
So good ❤❤❤❤❤
Love DMB¡!!!
Please came to Argentina
I really want to see you again¡!¡!
Really digging the acoustic version on his SXM show. Good, good stuff. Great tune. Great band.
I love it
This is a hit single for sure. Plus its got that "current radio" vibe to it.
Awesome set list! We were on the lawn for N2 and it couldn't have been a better night.
Bryan Hansen sitting on the rail would’ve made it that much better
I'm literally a kid again.
Metoo
excessively goooooooooood!!!!

I have the same birthday as Dave. Jan 9. Rare birthday too: 340 out of 365.
