Not sure if the Jotun is the first of the bosses, more like the last of them. The others are far easier, and they reward you with earth, air, fire, water stones that let you build respective shrines for a buff of each element. I haven't beaten Jotun yet but it is connected to building the fifth of these structures.

i just did this fight and he kept summoning those healing crystals on phase 2, made it bloody impossible
What is your ranged combat level? Bow seems to be doing a lot of damage.
Actually judging by damage to Jotun spawns looks like your ranged combat must be about 75-ish - important to level up this for anyone attempting this
