Excellent video Ian. As said, will be superb for farmyard antics & rabbits. I could imagine this on a Vixen, that would be just awesome ratter. Shall.look forward to future updates
Got mine Friday, thanks, and a perfect ratting, rabbit scope, the daytime is decent and thermal fine for above,no use for foxing unless really close but thats not what I bought it for
Hello Ian, That looks to have been a well thought out unit. The ability to mix the two views ( like the Habrok ) is very useful for some situations we all come across, in woodlands or around the farm. I believe I’ve got a loan scope coming from optics warehouse next week, probably perfect timing, with the recent firmware topic 🤔 I think folks are now seriously looking for something else to use and for the money, I can see a lot of folks knocking on your door , and other stockists too. My Arken Zulus is a scope I’ll never give away, it’s probably the best thing on a lightweight air rifle on the market today. Great review, 👍👏👏
I can't wait to see this in actual use on vermin!!! I'm 90% sold already and have held out for this since I heard of its conception, my mate has the Zulus and that is very impressive indeed. We looked through this at the BSS and for such a low res sensor both were pleasantly surprised, but that's looking at it with happy goggles on and in a exhibition hall, I'd need to see 50-70 yard rabbits and 10-35 yard rats in a real world condition, the rabbits I'd use the multi spectral, thermal pip and NV main and the rats I'd be shooting the other way around. All in all this for the money is simply 🤯 and I see they have already announced a 380 and 640 variant for future release, very exciting times in the world of NV that's for sure 💪
DNT tell me "there will be both 384x and 640x thermal scopes to come"... so yes, affordable higher-spec' multi-spectral scopes are on their way 🤓 - within the year (but don't quote me). 🤫 I have more videos to come too. Cheers. Russ
Thanks Russ it’ll be nice to see a review on them I will be hanging back for one and as usual keeping an eye on your channel did you get them logs moved ?
@@georgeg8106 Hi George, trust me I'll be doing that ASAP... hopefully soon 🤞🤞🤞 Ah we've been very busy with other stuff, but I might take you up on that offer soon, will let you know. Cheers. Russ
@@Brianbri-nq3cc right, well some kind folk like to show others what they get for their money. You don't buy a car & then find out what's inside. But then I guess you do
Basically you did not show what it is included in the box. Specially because their website does not specify if it vomes with the 0MOA mount. They show the scope in everyone of yhe oics with the mount but they do not specify of it is included or not
I have had mind for just two weeks, PHENOMENAL! At this price there is nothing like it.
@@dlbracer56 Yes bargain for the cost of them !

Great stuff. This thing is amazing

Sounds a promising little unit
Is this light enough to just use as monocular when not on a rifle?
@@mxgryan Yes this could be easily used as a monocular
Do you have a date for when they are available to purchase here in the UK...I know your website says the end of August?
Nice piece of kitt. Weight with the mount? Is the double focus manageable?
Weight with mount and battery is 28.5oz, focus is easily done just know will block something for a few seconds.
How about a comparison to Zulus HD520?
Ian is there any in the pipe line with a better thermal sensor it’s cheap as chips but I’d prefer a more capable thermal thanks for the video 👍👍

I just got my DNT. Infared illumination does not work. Thermal works
Are you gonna have an actual demonstration video besides the silly opening of a box?
So you watched it then 😂😂😂
How else do you get it out if you don't open the box, at least this way everyone will have an idea of what to expect
@@precisionairgunninghunting6265 That's what the contents label is for😔

how close can you range with the DNT THERMNIGHT TNC225R LRF ?
5 yards
Can you compare this with the Zulus on daytime image quality, I think that’s the deal breaker for me
Thanks for the videos btw!!
You say rim fire will be wait to see what its like at 150 yards on the thermal side of things
Frankly, it's amazing for the price.
That's a slick-looking scope I wouldn't mind reviewing for my RUclips channel, lol!

How many profiles does it have. please can you move between 2 rifles
It will hold 5 on-board profiles so you can swap from rifle to rifle.
Braxton Common
If the scope performs like their APP keep well away it's crap.
