That's not the point. He as an adult chooses not to eat vegetables. Does it harm her directly? No. If that is such a deal breaker for her, then she should leave him.
But treating him like he is 5 is not right.
And you cannot know why people dislike certain foods. Hiding it in food does not heal the root cause.
