Just started out with Factor and it's honestly been so great. Usually, these healthy meal delivery services put mushy slop in a weird container and it just looks/tastes super unappetizing... but I've tried four meals out of my box so far and every dish has been sooo tasty (plus it helps me portion control - my greatest weakness). As long as the quality's consistent, they've got a customer for a very long time :D

Factor is great. I just got on a meal plan for my current weight cut, the food is excellent and I can eat three meals a day and still be in a caloric deficit. It's a little pricey but when you think of how expensive groceries get when you have a healthy diet it ends up costing about the same. I'd recommend them for anyone going on a serious weight cut.
How long have you been using it? I love their salmon dish
@@HDBnB1 about a month or so it's made it so much easier to cut weight for training. Their keto dishes are phenomenal.

I have eating Factor meals for 2 months and I say is that the food is great but the HUGE issue I have is the delivery service is HORRIBLE!! They have not delivered my food on the delivery date, delivered to the wrong address. Every Wednesday I would have extreme anxiety.
That’s very unfortunate to hear :/ I personally haven’t had delivery issues but I think it’s due to where you live and who the person is that’s picking up and delivering your food. It’s not like factor has their delivery drivers. At least I don’t think. I think it makes sense for them to contract out their drivers
Can't blame that on Factor. Delivery service is outsourced. UPS/FedEx?

My only issue with factor was that it was way too expensive, like it was decent but the price was not worth it imo

If you look on the ingredients you can see if it’s too high for you!
Thank you. I dont know if its too high for me or not even by looking at ingredients, I am looking for a way to lose weight. Salt retains water of course, so if theres a lot then people would prob be losing weight very slowly
Gotcha. Yea I couldn’t tell you much on the weight lost attribute since I haven’t done it long enough. But I imagine this mixed with good exercise will do the job

Are these filling?
It really depends on your appetite. For me, it was my first meal of the day after a workout and I recall not being full and needed an extra snack. But other days I was satisfied so I guess it depends on how much you normally eat and how much of an appetite you have
I added cooked carrots or a small salad. Some are more filling than others. I don't think it's a great food though.
Do you get enough food? I don’t want to diet, just not cook.

Each meal states how many calories are in it! Portion sizes seemed good to me to leave me satisfied

Definitely not worth it. I was on the 18 meals per box kit and I have about 40 in my freezer. The menu is very repetitive and only one or two new meals every week but I am so sick of chicken and pork which is most of the meals you can pick each week. They have great customer service but I was told 3 times there would be steak and shrimp in April. I filled out all of Aprils food boxes and no shrimp or steak. So I just de-activated about 20 minutes ago. I won't go back for at least a year and hopefully by then they will have a much more varied menu. Also, the meals are not very big for the price. I find myself still hungry after eating one.
Yea I also find myself still hungry for a snack after a meal but I will say they’re pretty good. I love the salmon dishes but usually only get a box once a month now
