Whoever was letting Ross walk around without a beard before must have had beef with him
He's the modern day Robert Baratheon.
Tier list :Every Wrestlemania stage
33 fucking stomps
35 is the bottom of that list
I love the WM 33 stage
They already have like a year ago
RR 2004 has to got to be one of greatest rumbles ever , the story is amazing the little man coming up top over 29 others .
As someone who lived through the 90's WWF I absolutely know who Timothy Well and Steven Dunn, they were the team Well Dunn and were around from about 93 and lasted a few years in the WWF.
Their feud with Grant Medium and Johnny Rare was a real beef on beef fest.
I’m very impressed you knew remembered them. I’m in the WWE target demographic, ie, 50+ lmao, and I don’t recall them. Probably during a time in which I wasn’t watching as regularly…
I also remember them and as Steve Doll and Rex King in the indies.
@@Pepepepesjdje You sleeping okay, buddy? Getting 3 decent meals a day?
This sounds like the most made up comment I’ve ever seen “well Dunn” mr.constant sorrow 😂😂
I really like these tier lists as I'm a big fan of the longer form content
Sione (see-own-ee) was a replacement member of the Headshrinkers after Samu had to retire. He was also known as The Barbarian.
I think 2004, if what happened later didn't happen, would be my absolutely #1 Royal Rumble. Being a Canadian, whose favourite wrestler went start to finish? Then the win at Mania? It was so good! But ya, with what happened later, it is forever tainted. Feel so sorry for Nancy and Daniel, and their family :(
@@randycrawford1132 Because of the obvious fact that the winner went on to murder his family and kill himself. It affects everything. What kind of question is that?
@@boredgeek I'm so sick of and disgusted by the wrestling fans who continue to be apologists for Benoit by continually defending his legacy.
It's not like he made some public flubs about shit he shouldn't have said or was found cheating on his wife.
He slaughtered his child and his wife.
Was he a great wrestler? Yes.
Is his career and legacy worth celebrating by ignoring the atrocious things he did? Absolutely not.
Fucking disgusting. Not just his actions, but the apologists celebrating his career.
@@tyrone5969 Just because there are people who appreciate his matches and how good he was in the ring, does not mean they condone his actions.
@@tyrone5969 not even the case
A lot of the crowd booed Hogan at the end of the 1992 Rumble; WWE altered the audio afterwards.
2005 finished with Rey, Edge, Cena and Batista. 4 megastars without world championships yet.
Started with Guerrero and Benoit.
2005 and 2009 should be higher imo
Agreed on 2009 in particular. That rumble had too many modern day icons and memorable superstars
you didn't mention in 05 the start of one of the greatest feuds in wrestlemania history with hbk and kurt angle.
Maybe it's cause I've gotten older, but 2010s rumbles all blend together for me.
I would say it probably is the passage of time in hindsight truncating as your life extends year by year. I had it in my head that 2019 was the first women's Royal Rumble, if only because the idea there's been 5 of them now upsets me XD
In fairness to you, they've mostly been pretty uninspired over the last 12 years.
Word.
Or its probably cause they were all as crap as each other
They all look the same if you look the stage, the ring the lights and other stuff. If you photoshop the wrestlers out of the ring from royal rumble matches from 2000-2010 I can tell you which year's match it is, cause they're all unique. Do the same for post '10 rumbles and it all looks the same...
I caught a pancake at a WWE house show when Kofi was the WWE Champion and it was tucked into the title and from much peer pressure from the crowd around me, I did in fact eat it. It wasn’t bad, just kind of cold.
Insane how Kane never won at least one Rumble
Yeah wwe ruined him
And Jericho. He should have won in 2012 or 2017
I'm glad that the 2021 Men's Rumble got so much love from you guys :)
2019 so high ? Maybe i need to rewatch again but i thought it was alright not more than that. Yes tho Seth Rollins was the right choice to win
Meh match
Was it me or did the mens match felt like it went by quick….. and not in the good way to where you were having fun watching it, it went by quick. More like, I was very much untuned to it, I slightly paid attention to who was coming in and at the final 2 but that’s about it.
Timothy Welle got a great fake pop in the 95 RR
I think Owen got eliminated and the fans popped, but they were showing Timothy Welle, making it seem like he was the hometown guy or something
So early there’s more likes than views
I think I’ve got some guesses about where 2022 ranks…
Also about 2012, the ending sequence with Jericho and Shaemus was really good too.
Most multiple times watched Rumbles by me are 2001, 2010, 2002, 2017, 2008 , 1998 and 1992 in that order.
Carlito's return in the 2021 Royal Rumble was really shocking
2003 is stellar. Such an amazing Late Attitude/Early Ruthless Aggression Roster. Even the nobodies like shannon moore and maven getting nice storytelling spots.
BIG disagree on 2019 rumble - one of the most forgettable Rumbles ever
Yep couldn’t tell you who was in it and who Seth eliminated to win, I’d have to google it
@@ChrisPayneHBTW same lmao
I’m a Rollins mark and even I forgot he won the 2019 Rumble.
I was REALLY happy when I saw it at the time but over time, I seem to have r forgotten about all of that
Yep one of my least favourites
Might have something to do with the fact it was one of the last PPVs Pre-Covid
2007 to 10 was so awesome man
Absolutely appalled that 2000 is in just about bearable
It's kinda a trash rumble honestly. But the fact they have 2014 higher is appalling
Women's 2022 rumble was just as underwhelming as the men's imo. Saying Ronda had a massive pop is a little overnlown. A lot of people there were definitely like "not his bitch again" to be fair lol
I agree, one of the most entertaining RR matches ever. The whole match is on wwe RUclips channel if someone wants to watch it. I can't belive they put the 2012 rr over 2000. Both matches had a lot of "jobbers" ,but compare the atmosphere and crowd reaction and you see how empty the 2012 one is...
@@yojimbo9410 same opinion, except I'd say it was just slightly better, doesn't make it good tho
Should be in the Lovely tier, even though the ending truly shows Rock's feet hitting first. Plus JR and Lawler were golden as usual.
In the story, had Luger chosen to face the champion second, he would have had a match with Crush beforehand and that would have replaced Bret/Owen
Gross
Wow you guys are amazing seeing all the Rumbles thx for the content
21 Mens the best???? Not a chance.
You are so easily impressed with the recent Rumble matches
Ventura mentions both feet much touch the floor in the 89 Rumble. Maybe its never mentioned during 90-94. Couldn't say.
Ya. He mentioned that and I think fans knew. It’s just that rule was never use to effect until 1995.
Some of these rankings were bad In my opinion
Andrade didn’t even debut in the 2019 rumble it was the 2018 rumble
So was Adam Cole
2018 men’s is arguably one of if not the greatest rumbles ever
Andrade finished 3rd or 4th in the 2019 rumble
@@andrewkelly3205 I thought they meant the debut
2014 in alright might be the biggest wtf moment of the year lol. Bin worthy all day
imo, 2018 men's has to be on top tier
Definitely. Best rumble of the past 10 years.
I had more fun watching this than the actual 2022 rumble
I like this - even if I disagree. Could we please try to list in numerical order on the tiers from left to right? Makes it hard to quickly reference. Thanks!
Do you need to quickly reference it? It's not as if they didn't talk through each decision, and it's not as if their rankings are law.
@@Joe90h I’m not sitting through 2 hours on all of these. It’s just a suggestion (and a pretty good one).
@@ACOB I disagree. It's not a good suggestion. And the rankings hold no value without the commentary.
@@Joe90h that’s what’s fun about life. We can all have our own opinions! Perhaps they’ll take my suggestion or not, all good either way!
@@Joe90h I’ve been to over half of all WrestleManias so sometimes I don’t need to consume 3 hours of content about them. I’d list them for you but won’t because you prefer to read things out of order and I don’t read or write that way.
Long live this cult! I really don't know what I'd do without it. On the day I found out that Channel 5 are axing Neighbours, please never take my other love away.
Thank you for the good start to my Sunday morning. You lads look handsome too! Cheers!
I think we all know the best Royal Rumble is the one that doesn't technically exist anymore
I met MVP a few years ago, and he’s massive.
Most of the pro wrestlers are. We always see them stand next to massive guys, or even giant guys so an average viewer loses the impression if their size.
@@Stephen7764. exactly.
Someone who's larger and taller than 80% of men will look small on TV simply because they're always standing next to people who are taller than 99.9999% of men.
It applies to pro-wrestling in general, but especially in Vince's land of giants.
A large man will always look small relative to a massive man.
Hell, Kane and Undertaker have been the small man in some of their feuds.
When Brock Lesnar and The Big Show had their feud Brock Lesnar was the small man. By no definition is Brock a small man.
The relative size in pro-wrestling completely messes with our perception of their size.
Finally!! I've been wanting this one since last year lol
You guys talk about loving the MSG entrance way for 2008 and fail to mention it when talking about 2000 lol
Love these tier lists
For the Men's Rumble, I really think 2007 can't be topped. My favorite wrestler, Undertaker, not only won but had an AMAZING mini-match with Shawn Michaels at the end. They may not have particularly liked each other at the time, but every time they're in the ring together they make magic.
For the women, I'm partial to the 2020 Rumble, despite the end with Charlotte winning. My Wrestling Crush, Beth Phoenix, did SPECTACULARLY well and made it to the top three before being eliminated by Shayna. I really have no problem with Shayna losing to Char in the Rumble, since the next PPV showed us just how ruthless she could really be (DAMN I wish the higher ups granted Becky's request and had her reign end at Shayna's hands). My issue with Char winning is that she ended up cha;llenging Rhea Ripley for the NXT title, getting it, dropping it a couple months later to Io Shirai, and then later IGNORING the reign in her list of accomplishments. It made me wonder why the hell Charlotte was booked to win in the first place. Her NXT reign lasted 63 days, a bit of a short run but still a better reign than the SIX MINUTE reign she had after beating Becky for the Smackdown title then immediately dropping it to Bayley. Why does she include that embarrassing reign in her stats but not her NXT reigns?
How dare you talk about the 2022 Women's Rumble without acknowledging the Legendary Summer Rae.
I mean. Stepping on the pancakes was bad. But Kofis jump from the floor over the top rope and jinder, with the assist from E and Woods was incredible.
Lads, we can agree to disagree to just a few things on your Tier, by all was forgiven when you gave 2018 Men's a top block!
Disagrees on 2000,99,09,02-04,05 and 2021.
Bump 2021 down to lovely, lovely. 02-04 to the best, 09 to lovely, 2000 and 99 to lovely or alright. and 05 to lovely. Or the best for the memes of vinces quads
But greatest rumble is 2001
1992 for the perfect storm of talent at that time, both golden age and new generation. 2001 because Kane went beast. 2007 because Undertaker/HBK at the end was perfect.
Drew, Knoxville and Bunny > Shane
You guys are completely wrong by putting 2012 in higher tier than 2000. Let me explain: The reason why I'm comparing these two Royal Rumble (RR) matches is because they both didn't have too many big names, that being said RR 2000 was much more entertaining than RR2012. In 2000RR you can see that the writers were aware of the fact that the match isn't exactly ''stacked'', so they triend to find ways to make it entertaining with low/mid - carders, they did this by incorporating shenanigans like having 2 cool do the dance number; Funaki and Taka making few appearances as well as Greenwich posse popping up. 2000 RR also had one of the best stages / runways ever that also contributed to making it entertaining. Now let's look at 2012 RR - generic stage, generic runway, also this RR had one of the most quiet crowd reactions ever to certain wrestlers entering such as Epico, Jinder Mahal, Hunico, Jay Uso, Wade Barret, David Otunga. Most importantly (besides the final 2 fight) 2012RR had absolutely nothing special. I've no idea how you came to conclusion that 2000RR is worse than 2012RR....
I couldn't agree with you anymore. 2012 is the most boring rumble of the early 2010's
This list didn’t piss me off as much as I thought it would but that 2019 Men’s placement..
my unpopular opinion is that the start of the 2015 rumble up until bryan’s is elimitation it then goes of a cliff shit but the start is actually very enjoyable
Yeah the match was really good until his elimination
Really need a lot of Red Bull to make this.
Appreciate Ross' cavorka in this vid.
I agree mostly with Gary RUclips. I would rank the first two women's rumbles in the top five with your top two men's rumbles and be the best ever. I like talking about women's wrestling, so ASUKA and BECKY are my favorite rumble winners
I must be in the minority, personally think that the 2020 Men's Rumble is amazingly overrated.
Agree
Basically anything over 2010 can get in the bin
Nah, 2020 mens' was brilliant.
@@Erizedd how so? It was a complete mess
No
Looking back, I can’t believe that Vince McMahon actually won a rumble match. They should have just let Stone Cold win it that year.
It was a storyline on Vince screwing Austin from winning since he won the last 2 they should have just had someone else win it then set up a match at next event where Austin beat that person for the title shot or something
Sione was the Barbarian
I kinda predicted that the late 90s and late 2010s would be up there
There was a snackdown in phoenix, az, I caught a pancake. It was from Kofi. He had a plate of the pancakes. It was hot. I was expecting it to be room temp. But, they must have made it prior. Yeah, I ate it. The kid next to me got the pancake from Big E who kept it in his tights. I watched this small child eat the pancake. 🤢🤮
I saw a tweet a few years ago that someone caught one of the pancakes the New Day threw. Said it was really greasy.
04 or 05 are the winners for me but I love the list
Hey Garry, I'm Scooter lol
1990 is the best Rumble ever for my money and the most star-studded one to date.
Better than 92 line up?
@@XD4VID97X I think it compares favorably to that one, yeah and the crowd was much hotter and more invested in the guys in that one I feel. Take a look at the entrants unique to each one and see what you think...
1990- Koko B. Ware, Marty Jannetty, Bret Hart, Bad News Brown, Dusty Rhodes, André the Giant, The Red Rooster, Ax, Akeem, Dino Bravo, Earthquake, Jim Neidhart, The Ultimate Warrior, The Honky Tonk Man, Rick Rude, and Mr. Perfect.
VS
1992- The British Bulldog, Ric Flair, Jerry Sags, The Texas Tornado, Greg Valentine, Nikolai Volkoff, Big Boss Man, Jim Duggan, Irwin R. Schyster, The Undertaker, The Berzerker, Virgil, Col. Mustafa, Skinner, Sgt. Slaughter, and Sid Justice.
For me, that group compares favorably if not even an edge to 1990.
@@joshbygosh will defo have to go back and watch again I'm going on rose tinted glasses from memory
@@joshbygosh 1990 is slept on. Should be top tier.
You don't want everything in lovely lovely, but 01-10 is the case. All of them are strong. 05 and 06 are great
I think you forgot to mention Jerry Lawler hiding under the ring for a 1/2 hour in 1996, before HBK finds him and throws him out. Can't cover everything I guess though, this video would've been 5 hours...... 😮
1990-1991-1992 Hulk Hogan eliminated the 30th entrant
Tito Santana and Jake Roberts are the only two who entered the first 5 Royal Rumbles (Santana added a 6th in 1993)
The Rotunda family (IRS, Bo Dallas, Husky Harris/Bray Wyatt) have always lasted over 10 minutes in every Rumble
Entry numbers 1, 2, and 30 were the final 3 in the 1995 and 2006 Royal Rumbles
Brock Lesnar holds the record of shortest time for a winner (about 2 1/2 minutes) in 2022 (will never be broken)
John Cena has the record for lowest total time for an Iron Man (if you call this one that) in 2010, just over 22 minutes.
Been waiting for this tier list for forever especially after this one was just awful
2012 is one of the bottom ones for me purely because of the commentary. Michael Cole's heel phase was awful, and he was so bad during this one.
2004 is number #1
I disagree about the 2000 Rumble, that match was a lot of fun. Granted, the direction and booking following it was rather crap.
It was better than any recent Royal Rumble.
How about every wwe game?
The font and the color of it makes these really hard to read, it all kind of blends in together, and not in a complimentary way.
2018 was my favorite
Now that ive had a week to proccess this years rumble ive rebooked it in my head with some new person coming in at number 1 lasting all the way to 29 just being destroyed by everyone but still pulling though 29 comes out its Shane our number 1 just collapses to the ground giving up is somehow able to throw Shane out just as 30 hits and Brock comes out and just as Brock is about to throw number 1 out Roman saves the day with just his theme what distracts Brock and Number 1 throws him over and wins only for Shane to come back in and instantly get hit by a superman punch into Brock who alongside Roman and number 1 just kills shane.
Not that I would've wanted them to breakup.
But it would've been an amazing turn if, when Kofi landed on Big E's shoulders, Big E spun him around, hit him with a powerbomb, then just walked away.
It would've created so much intrigue, raised so many questions, and given them so many ways to go with it.
I can't imagine what the crowd reaction would've been.

Every TNA world champion tier list
Wtf- sione was barbarian. He was part of the heenan family and in the tag team powers of pain.
1:22:38 relatable
1996 vader was eliminated already, hence why when he eliminated people afterwards they didn’t count
That was never a rule.
For instance, Bad News Brown’s elimination of Piper counted
Wtf- 2006, coach getting beat by big show, Tatanka returns, goldust kicks Carlito in the nads
2006 should be Lovely tier at least, even at the top. Rey going all the way to win, and for Eddie, come on......... HHH lasting an hour himself (still the only time 2 entrants have lasted an hour in the same match)..... 1999 should be in the Bin (VINCE MCMAHON, really?), it was good content, but the Rumble Match completely sucked. 2000 should be Lovely tier even though the ending proved to be different, JR and King were shining here as usual, and the match was very, very entertaining. I'd also switch 1991 and 1989, I must be the only one who absolutely loves '91! 1995, even though the minute intervals and only a few superstars, was quite good. I'd go Alright. Everything else looks pretty good.
I believe they could have done a better way of introducing the Women’s Royal Rumble.
1989, 2000 and 2006 should be at the best spot.
to me Roman was the RIGHT choice to win the 2015 Rumble. However, having an aging Big Show&Kane eliminating all the top guys, that was a bad choice. also at the time Bryan was "injury prone" and they just couldn't risk it. what if he won, but got injured before Mania? if i was in Vince's shoes, i wouldn't risk it either
2014 Bryan should've won though
96, Vader was eliminated when he threw out HBK. So they didn't count the elimination of HBK.
Hogan eliminated Bossman in 89. Hogan had already been eliminated.
I never thought of Billy gun or goldust as big guys tell aew there HUGE WWE truly the land of the giants
I hate you I hate you 2006 was my favorite Royal rumble
I’m no fan of Edge necessarily, but his return at the Rumble was one of the greatest I’ve ever seen.
2005 was robbed
My favs r92 01 07 08
Not sure how '99, the worst Rumble, escaped the bin, but... I suppose they saw something in it that I didn't. Vince McMahon won the Rumble, and barely participated, it's absolutely the worst in my eyes. Yes, worse than 95, which was trash, but at least the winner was credible, and participated in the match.
Bull Nakano
Wtf. 1991 valentine turned on bravo and jimmy hart going to be a face. Ugh
1989 dibiase pissed at the number he got and used money to move numbers around to get #30
Some of my faviortes were 2001 was my faviorte 1992 was great 90 was good 97 04 there have been some really good ones but those were some of the best 1994 was awesome an under rated one if you ask me 96 was cool to Vader was amazing and HBK elminated Vader and yoko and than Vader went back in the ring and throw HBK out of the ring thats why it didn't count and its a shame how much WWF at the time wasted the greatest big man of all time Big Van Vader
Well guys we got the Rousey Baysler fight at summerslam 23 and it sucked.
Bad Bunny greatest royal rumble participant
I like this video
2014 should not be in alright. In the bin.
