Watching these types of videos 3 years ago when I was out of shape chubby and insecure vs now is crazy. Training has become a part of my life now, and these videos alot of the time got me at least out of that bed. I’m in better shape then I could’ve imagined mentally and physically and sometimes coming back to these reminds me of that.
