While she might be playing it differently, the sheet music for the song says Lento for the first and Allegro for the second.

It's a Hammond (I can't remember what number... I'll have to find it. I ended up going back to my old mouthpiece)

My sheet music has 1st and 2nd endings on the 2nd dance , do I play them or no??
I decided to only take 2nd endings for the recordings. Depending on what you are preparing for, you could do it either way.
