The obvious thought is that Tojirou got a similar call at the same time, but given how he also knows the access codes to Miyao's gauntlet and has the P3-capacity to remote control it, I have a scary pet theory that Tojirou is actually a Miyao from the future who had already lived through all this shit. Note that Tojirou's story of having founded a secret order of his own when in Miyao's age also hits awfully close to home.
