Good for retirees and families. The biggest problem with south Surrey is school availability. They need at least 5 more schools for the amount of kids going through there. Also if you work in Vancouver, I would not recommend the commute

Yes the commute to Vancouver is difficult, hopefully they replace the Massey Tunnel some day
