      This lovely young man has a lot of skill.If u still know him you can recommend him to use an air fryer for fried breads.Air fryers taste just like fried food but without the oil.

    my mom and granny ate from the east their fry bread is more corn. I've ran into a few others that are that way.

      I have gluten intolerance now and was wondering if I could use corn to make frybread. Maybe adding some rice flour too or arrowroot powder.

    Bradley, it is the carbohydrates and sugar that is causing the diabetes. The carbohydrates turn into triglycerides and that is whats causing the heart disease, and the medicine is causing kidney damage, there are alternitives, hit me up if you want more information!

    Grapeseed oil is healthy to fry any food with you don't have to bake our Indian taco my herbalist in new York he's amerindianof USA he's wife an herbaologist also from south America she's Amerindian also. That field of medicine is of our culture these type of doctors have cooking education for there patients that's were I learned to fry things with grapeseed oil. We need these types of doctors and nurses. Nursepractioners. NurseAids in our communities at an higher rate I was adopted my none Indians off an reservation in new York so am learning daily more of my Amerindian culture. 1-3-20happy new year .thanks for the video 💘👍📼🎧🎥📱😇Molly
