These peanuts are the creation of a Japanese immigrant that lived in mexico his name was Yoshigei Nakatani ,ironically, in japan they are known as Mexican peanuts.
What! Hahaha
If this is true that's awesome I am Mexican and i never understood the history of these peanuts.
Naw they are jamexican lol
@@youngbladex96 LOL
@Valkyrae Commenter I was mixing Japan and Mexico together 😭😂💀
Lets admit it ... we found this video because we grabbed a bad of "Japanese Peanuts", eating them now , and wondering where the hell they came from and/or how they're made 😆
Facts

Straight facts
This is exactly what’s happening to me right now LOL
Yeah. I got a bulk 5lbs pound bag. A+ beer food. They're not seasoned though.

They're addictive and great with beer.
I really liked these snacks!
They're definitely good not sure about pairing them with beer though.
@@DanielFlores-fo1ee They sell this at Mexican soccer stadiums.People drink a cold one while snacking on japanese peanuts!
I eat these with a black coffee lol
I'm Mexican. And I love you guys for reviewing this. I didn't even know they weren't a thing outside of Mexico!! Lol.
We have many kinds here in Brazil. Its pretty popular here.
In California we're basically Mexico now. We have all the Mexican candies and treats.
@@blockinglowtier California is not basically Mexico now buddy, California was Mexico.
Just got some in Toronto 🇨🇦 they’re really good
Omg they sell these everywhere in LA and I’ve been obsessed with these nuts since childhood thinking they were Asian 😂😂😂 how funny that my two favorite snacks are made by people from mexico 😂 God I love Mexico
One of my favorite snacks, you can find them in any convenience store in Texas. They do make different flavors - I've tried chile+lime (good) and red chili flavor, which is like the Flamin' Hot Cheetos flavor. They're quite addictive, and you can eat a lot more of them than peanut M&Ms since they're not sugary at all.
The spiciness is added later with Valentina sauce. Maybe lemon if you really enjoy super acid stuff, you know the kind of acidity that makes the bottom sides of your mouth hurt for a bit.
Greetings from Mexico. I recommend eating them with hot sauce, that’s the Mexican style, adding sauce to anything 😅. Loved your video!!!
Beer snacks! Try the hot ones 🔥
I love peanuts and they sound good and yes, that’s kind of weird. Lol. That’s also gross that you ate peanuts that the chocolate had been sucked off. Rofl!
I'll be honest; I hated em at first. Wasn't sure what to make of the coating. Almost seems like an actual peanut shell of some sort. But now they've kinda grown on me a little bit, and I hate em a bit less. Just enough to allow me to eat an entire 2 lb. bag. lol
Lmfaoo 😂 bruh u love them stop the cap , eat them with beer 😮💨
I don't know what tf I just watched but I enjoyed it! The grandma bit was hilarious! 🖒
If I were this guy, I'd take this video down feeling very stupid 😂 These were created in Mexico 🙌🏽🇲🇽👑
You two always cheer me up! Great video!
Hey thanks for watching we appreciate every view!
I only like them with Valentina (hot sauce)
sparklyunicorn I like them with Valentina to I also enjoy them with lime and chili or just plane chili 🌶
The coating is basically made from potato starch, wheat flour, soy sauce, vegetable oil, baking soda and a bit of sugar. I've tried it in Brazil where it's pretty much common. It's a good beer companion snack.
Can you eat the outer shell?
@@nxvx5361 I know this is a late reply but yeah, you’re supposed to eat the whole thing
@@nxvx5361are you fucking Bri’ish or something ? 🇬🇧
Just left a Mexican spice market and picked up a pound of these. Always loved em growing up.
HA! i was trying to pick the 'shell' off
Beavis and butt-head do America...😂😂😂😂
These are really delicious!
So you cut the top off and then drenched it in ur favorite hot sauce or chili and lime. My bag is usually like soup lmao 🤣 😂
Lml I was taking the peanut out of the shell at first 😂
That joke tough
They are amazing I always get the big bag low in sugar they kinda of remind me of a soy sauce type flavor
Guys try them with Salsa Valentina or Salsa La Botanera ! They will taste 1000x Better !
He looks like discord admin
These peanuts are amazing
I recently learned they are made haha I thought they were actually grown and cultivated from trees IN Japan 😂
Lmfao same 😂😂😂
I recently discovered them at my local HEB grocery in plain, and several spicy varieties, all good, but,...….I have found that the peanuts tend to be a bit stale tasting some times.
japanese Peanuts are a must with a cold beer!
I don't like Japanese peanuts made in Mexico because their coating is hard, not really enjoyable and pleasure to eat. I prefer coated peanuts from the Philippines.it's called Nagaraya and the garlic flavor. There's another version from Japan called coated peanuts and the shop is Mamegan. They are known for roasted beans and coated peanuts that is coated with of variety of flavors like Green Apple, cocoa, nori (seaweed), japanese leeks, and a whole lot of different flavors. It's called Mamegan located in Tokyo.
Those peanuts are hella goood!
I'm eating them rn. I used to be fat also but now I'm in good shape just mentally fat.
Learn about the product's true history If you are going to talk about Mexican products.
Thanks for watching
Those Japanese Peanuts may have come from Mexico,
but we do have such crunchy coated peanuts snacks in Japan too.

Yes, that sounds strange, Japanese peanuts from Mexico. But as long as they taste good, it's alright 😀👍
Not everyone knows the origins of why they’re called Japanese peanuts
I don’t know but something about a jap migrant in Mx right?
Idk I started the video a bit like ehh but not bad
Thanks for watching! What a ringing endorsement
i love those
White people talking about seasoning? 😂 the guy on the right is adorable though. How he’s standing there holding the bag of peanuts & slowly chewing them
i recommend you to try the barcel ones, "hot nuts" there is a flaming hot flavour and the regular one, my favorite are the original the classic ones, but i recommend you to try both
Interesting mix eh..nice review andy
They were suprisinlgy good
They taste better than regular peanuts but I don’t know where to find them
Dollar tree has them.
stay away from the bad quality ones
Here in Tx...our local grocery store makes a brand called Mi Tienda by HEB...Fuego flavor...they're awesome. I enjoyed your video, thx!
Sounds really good!
They taste great
2020 August 1trying some now not bad🙂
I love Japanese peanut
Andy did you cook the peanuts?
I'm eating the spicy ones
These were really tasty!
Soy flavor and some heat
Interesting Peanuts but Delicious!
This was weird as fuck
Strange but tasty
Ah about those, try the brand "karate" or "nishisawa" those are probably the most tasty of the bunch, I dunno others but sometimes it seems to me as if they have soy sauce in the coating, I like them a lot :)
Yes, they are traditionally made with Soy sauce as one ingredient in the wheat flour coating.🧚🏻♀️
Kiyakis are better than Karate
Araji is the best hands down the red one not the plain one though
Are you Dvae?
I’m sorry I dunno what that word means
Viva Mexico 🇲🇽
They are delicious 😋
Eating these now there great
I hate those
Nice
I just tried these. They were pretty good. We couldn’t figure out what the outside was.
Trash review along with the commentary. Stick with the hotdogs and ar-15s 👌
I just shot a hotdog review video! I’ll put it up this weekend for you! Thanks for watching
