This is my story of Tetris'd. Hope you like it. First of all, lets get this straight, the Tetris Empire is a race that surrounds the powerful material conveniently called Tetrisium. Tetrisium is a super strong, advanced, artificial and adaptable material, mostly made into cubes. The Tetris Empire invades planets (usually with success) using this cycle: land, energy, control, build, dominate. Land, energy, control, build, dominate. The Tetris aliens have little heart and don't see the importance of living things or structures built by them. The Tetris aliens themselves are made of this material. The Tetris aliens landed on Earth using a spherical expansion unit, they sent out thousands of ships to collect living things. All living and nonliving things have bio energy (living things have more energy), so the Tetris aliens collect living things and put them in hibernation cells to cypher energy from them to build, distribute, and expand with more Tetrisium shapes. After awhile, some living things get depleted of energy, so the Tetris aliens let the living thing go in a random location to regain energy (albeit not always in the best location). Luckly for the hero (the Stickman), he was already depleted of bio energy, so the Tetris aliens let him go. Unfortunately, they let him go right smack in the middle of where the aliens were starting to build their super structure. After the Tetris aliens completely control a planet, they build a massive structure that covers the whole planet and at least 5 miles in tall made entirely out of Tetrisium blocks. The true reason for this is unknown, but it's speculated that it may be to create a blank slate for them. The most efficient way to build this was by stacking millions of Tetris blocks from the ground up by mass-producing blocks and distributing them from multiple factory ships. After the structure is completed, the tetris aliens just leave and look for another planet. Eventually, without a constant energy distibution among the blocks,they become weak and begin to break down into the elements they were made from. The factory that the Stickman was placed under saw him as 'in the way', so they tried to destroy the Stickman. The Stickman then uses the convenient stacking of blocks and use of robots that were meant to destroy him to board the factory ship. He then finds a way into the main power room where he meets a giant robot that tries to destroy him. The robot then (after several failed attacks) lifts the stickman to get get a better view of the stickman to find his weakness, but the stickman hero had other plans and gets onto the robot's shoulder. The hero then uses one of the rockets the robot was attacking with to destroy the power cells of the factory. This caused a chain reaction in the factory and destroyed it. But, there was never just the one factory. The rest of the many of factories still remain, and it is unknown if the Stickman can stop them all before they completely dominate Earth. The future looks grim for Figure Kind, but there is still hope, hope that the hero The Stickman can save the world from the Tetris Empire... I Love thinking alot about things!

This reminds me of series like Resident Evil and Aliens. You start of with a protagonist and an easy plot, then it evolves into borders of mindfuck. Well done.

I'm not sure some random pilot could've saved Stickman. Everyone was trapped in one of those life chambers. My version of TETRIS'D is that the whole scene was a test. Maybe the robots were testing the human race if they could fight the blocks (or robots), and were capable of destroying them. Of course, StickMan destroyed the 'making grounds' of the TETRIS'D blocks, and destroyed several bosses.
You know, this would make a great plot for a game. I know that you already created a game but if you somehow integrated the story. And if the gameplay was diverse. You know like Metroid Other M. But the random tetris blocks falling could be a bonus stage. This sounds like a newgrounds collab. A man can dream.
I really hope you continue the Tetris'D series .. they are really nice .. But I really wonder how you would continue the series , now that the spaceship of the alien blocks got destroyed !!
The blocks are for experiments with selective breeding, at a guess. Spheres for transport would be aerodynamic. A cube entering a planet's atmosphere would fall apart from air friction.

I HAS A THEORY, i think that while the empire grew to the entire world, that someone (whoever the aliens are) let one go because it knew he could save the world and he wouldnt have to do it on his own
I always saw it as the aliens trying to grow supersoldiers out of the humans and they were trying to test his abilities, which ended up backfiring heavily
If only most people at newgrounds knew that this is a prequel. I suppose you're trying to tell us that's where our hero is going in the end after it all started.

And how do you manage to keep the stickman look EXACTLY the same for every frame? Like, all he does is move, not change. Maybe you're just good at flash. I know I'm not. XD 5 stars.
