I’m so sorry you are going thur this long hauler Covid thing, I am also a Covid long hauler, I got Covid in 2020 at the beginning of the Covid outbreak. I was in the hospital for 6 months and I didn’t think i would ever make it out of there. I was so sick I couldn’t even get my head off the pillow. I had blood clots in my lungs and in my legs and still do in my legs. My breathing is still not good either. Thanks to God , he helped me get thur the worst of it. All I could do was pray that he would help me get better. I am so happy i found you on RUclips. I will be praying for you to get better soon.

10:30...hey, just be glad you're doing this at home (or at this point, home-sitting) and NOT in a hospital!! Being hooked up to wires, IV's, so forth is no fun, and that you're sharing your journey with us is brave...and I wish no less than a full recovery for you, Madeline....you're an inspiration to anyone of any age who has had to be treated for any illness. Keep up the healing!!!

Hi. I love how you are using the video to motivate you to do your treatment. It's a smart idea.😀😀You can tell you are having a 'brain fog' day, which is okay. Remember all us millions with 'foggy brains'. I just thought of something. One of the times you are doing the temperature training, close your eyes, cuddle, and pet the cat at the same time. I am very curious if it makes a difference in the results. Again, I love your run-through of your treatment, and this is not boring. For anyone watching who may not know of this, it might help them decide to look into it for them. This video is inspiring for those in limbo or sitting on the fence. Proud of you.🙂 Isn't it cool how sensitive the body is to the world around you? It would be so cool if this training you are doing now would help with hot flashes.😃😃 I love the screenshot. Maybe a quick description of what we are seeing. When you are feeling tired afterward, get up and walk around to get the blood flowing. Your schedule got thrown off. So forget the schedule. Remember, as long as you get what has to be done (treatment and eating), wing the rest. I think your day turned out great.😃😃🥳🥇 You ready?? What do you call a fake noodle? An Impasta. April showers bring May flowers, but what do May flowers bring? Pilgrims. Where do pirates buy hooks? The second hand store. One more (this one is cute). The child refused to nap. She was found guilty of resisting a rest. You are correct about the treatment schedule. The goal is to try to evenly (roughly) space them out for your body. No hard and fast rules. Try listening to soft relaxing music or nature sounds (use headphones to block out surrounding sounds) while doing the muscle exercise. Your nervous system (Autonomic Nervous System) controls everything in your body, so learning to control this helps to balance your body's functions (a healthier body). This has been the foundation for Eastern Medicine (mainly Chinese) for hundreds of years. We are just late to the party.🙄 You're becoming pretty smart.😁 Mindful just means being aware of what your body is doing and how to stay in control. Nothing fancy. Do you ignore your car when you are driving? You may not have noticed any difference, but we have. It is much harder to see the changes when you live it minute by minute. We get little bits in each video, so it is more noticeable for us. From where we sit, it's working, so keep going. The cat is smart. Animals are very sensitive and can sense anxiety in others. It wants to help.😊 Excellent video. 😀😀👍👍

Another video that I have been waiting for you to make. And no, none of this is ever boring(that word again!). I can write a noval about this video but I will keep it short. You seem alittle out of sort at the beginning. I love that you are showing us your treatments. I didnt realize it was 4-5x a day. If I understood your vid, so your body is always in that rest/digest state (PSNS)(why your always so tired)instead of the fight/flight stage(SNS) during active day hours. Your treatments are designed to help you relax and go to SNS...interesting. Everybody heals at a different pace so a month may not be long enough. Im happy your still on board and positive this wellness program will work for you. It will!! I was a pyschology/sociology major for 4.5yrs in school. I should have switched to neuroscience instead. It would be me to find this interesting.😁 Thanks for sharing and the update!

I’m glad u liked it! actually it’s the other way around, my body is in a constant fight/flight state which exhausts it so I have to try to get into rest/digest intentionally!
