Interesting fact,Malcolm Young is playing the lead guitar on this track. He could solo too although he let Angus be the main lead player in the band and was happy to be the rhythm player.

Hell Yess! Bon Scott is so bad ass. I love Brian Johnson era, but they were so much more bluesy and "nasty", so too speak, with Bon Scott (R.I.P.)

With brian they grew BIG, but with Bon they were DIRTY, MEAN and nasty. Just like i love to hear rock´n´roll. You need to listen to the live versions... as good or better as the recorded stuff.

One of my favourite AC/DC songs released in 1975 on the Australian High Voltage album I believe both Angus and Malcolm play lead guitar on this
Also give silver shoes and strawberry wine by the Marcus Hook Roll Band a listen is as four of the Young brothers playing on it and Malcolm does a brilliant guitar solo

YO BIZMATIK...there is something u need to know about SOUL STRIPPER. It's the only song where Malcom shares lead solo with brother Angus! Go back and to the video u posted...solo starts at 7min mark. Starts off with Malcom, then Angus, then Malcom, then Angus...and at the 7:43 mark Malcom throws down a sick lick! It's the only song I know of where Malcom plays lead. Love ur stuff B! Keep em comin!

Well there you go BizMan, penmanship that’s off the charts with a beat to die for hombre!!!!!Bon being Bon, Angus kicking ass as always and Malcolm covering everybody’s ass, the bass out of this world and the drums holding it all together!!!!! Not too shabby In my humble opinion!!!!! Also this EP first came out in 1974 but only in Australia!!!! Hence why Bon was singing on it since he passed away in 1980!!!! This EP finally was released in the USA in 1984 just so you know the time line!!!! I know it gets confusing sometimes!!!!! So says Austin Tx!!!!!🎸🎸🎸🎸😎🍸

This track is by far the best by the original AC/DC; I’m 60, and I never knew this song existed in the 1970s.
I was in the 10th grade of high school when the singer, Bon Scott, was found dead from alcohol poisoning. The album “Highway To Hell” had just came out a few months earlier.
Excellent song. I suggest the 1983 track “Shooting Shark” by Blue Oyster Cult (the album long version 7-minutes).

Actually first released on the Albert productions orginal Australian release of High Voltage in late '74', from memory Soul Stripper was the first track of the B side.
As you alluded to fantastic arrangement of instruments including masterclass from humble big brother Malcolm, with of course master mixing & producing from Easybeat big brothers Harry & Vanda who helped channel the raw unbridled energy into in my opinion the baddest boggie machine on the planet! Then after '78's ferocious If you want blood album wished the boys good luck & gave Mutt Lang the job of polishing the hardest working, hardest live playing band hands down into an anthem US concurring rock jugganaut
