When I started thinking about training for armwrestling I figured the best tools would be a few arm statues that you can grip up in various positions, that don't budge, and you can practice against impossibility. Then everyone I watched said they avoid isometrics. Glad to hear at least there's a few people with my school of thought that have made it successful.

I did that training and I broke the statue and bent the rebar after 2 years

I do JM presses with resistance bands tied around a pole behind me, but I'm not sure if it does the same thing? 🤔
That Jm press is not how JM himself says to do them
So which way do you bend your wrists for the JM press? He had the girl curling and the the guy doing the opposite.

I do ring muscle ups (using false grip) and usually feel it in my elbows. Does this movement build elbow tendon strength like the JM press?
