I have a relatively simple residential application that this type of product would be ideal for due to the seasonal soil-shifting in my area against my home and power supply pole/meter. I can only imagine the commercial application benefits as well. Simply outstanding.

It's a great system, My only grievance is that could use a better tool to clamp it together. Channel locks aren't the best tool of choice.

What is method to cut broken ends of schedule 40 conduit with electrical wires inside?

I'd use a ratcheting PVC cutter after turning off the circuit if possible and cut a little into it and try to push the wires to the opposite side of the conduit.

I use an oscillating multi tool. Cut a strip of pvc pipe, as wide as will fit, to use as a backer to make sure you do not cut into the wires. Tie a string onto it so it does not get away from you.

Great idea, too bad you make it a huge pain to order on your website. You make people fill out a ridiculous form just to get a quote. How insane, I guess you have more business than want.

I went through the process. It's old school. Just call them direct. You're going to like the price, just order it. I was in no rush, the repair kit arrived in three days. The system works spectacularly. I was able to repair a 200 amp service without pulling 100' of underground and cutting power to the home for days. I looked at competitors that are trying to compete with them... I think they are the better choice. Schedule 80 if you need it (I did) and UL marked to satisfy the code police.
