I would say Jinkx is more confident when reserved. Jinkx has always been confident, even on S05, but I think the more reservedness and modesty they have is often mistaken for a weakness and lack of it. I think that’s just how Jinkx expresses it.
A lot of people mistake her modesty for not being confident. But being confident doesn’t mean you have to constantly tell everyone you’re THAT bitch. Confidence is showing them without saying a word.

She knew how to sew, how to act, how to be funny. She was great. And Jinx is also the full package, they gave her an underdog storyline but she was one of the best competitors of her season and was high almost every week. Don't bring hate towards them

You are really in for a treat. Season 4, 5 & 6 are drag race at its peak. So many iconic Queens had come from those seasons, and the cast were pretty strong. I dare say season 7 was also a season with strong queens - just unfortunate that the season itself sucked.
