They have no connection to YG, XG is gaining popularity pretty quickly here in the U.S, you should check out their "Head in the clouds" Los Angeles and New York shows, they have the behind the scenes on their channel. On a side note The United States surpassed China and became the second-largest K-pop music export market after Japan, lamenting that K-pop is becoming a genre in North America.

I've been a XG fans from the beginning. I do believe that XG is the best female group out right now. But knowing kpop bais and standard, they are never going to achieve what they deserve. The only group who has this type of potentially is BabyMonster. XG's baby sister. LOL. Same style and influence. Western hip-hop and r&b, vocals and rap style. This is YG thing and tried to with BlackPink with Miguel covers and Born Pink album, but kpop wasn't ready. Kpop is still not even today with XG and BabyMonster. XG all the way!!!
