You guys played at Pop's in St. Louis when I was I think 17 (For Blood and Empire just came out) and you had forms that parents could sign so that my school couldn't send my personal information to military recruiters. Not only did I not know that Public schools have to send all student information to the military, I also didnt know there was a way to prevent it. I have a 6 year old son now and I will be filing that paper for him.
You remember the “one term president” photo of DUBYA inside the “Terror State” album? They put ‘em in there so folks could make copies and hang ‘em around town. My goofy 13 y/o ass hanging up copies. lol. I didn’t get to “blood and empire” tho I very much remember that info act. Basically so recruiters could come out like sharks to talk to the students that weren’t doing well in school, like blood in the water. Anyways, their sound has changed a good bit.
