THE SAINT | T&C SURF DESIGNS 50TH ANNIVERSARY

The Saint surfboard is arguably T&C's most iconic surfboard over the last 50 years. The spray design coupled with Martin Potter's radical new surfing style and competitive dominance brought this board into prominence during the 80's. Twin fins were just emerging when T&C developed this model and The Saint quickly proved to be a high performing favorite among pros and everyday surfers alike. Many have tried to copy, few have succeeded. The Saint still remains extremely popular and relevant to this day.

NOTHING can ever replace going into the Waimalu Town & Country store in the late 70's and seeing their twin fins in person with those retro airbrushes for about $250 they would give you wax, leash, stickers and glassed on fins!

The trips to japan started with JSP, Ben Aipa and Donald Takayama developing their labels, SNI Surfings New Image and JSP Japan Surfing Promotions, those groms evolved into the T&C developers, Larry, Dane, Michael, Craig, Mark and Butz.. Everything changed so quickly now we have the equipment to really get the MagicRide~

Mahalo nui ia ‘oe uncle Pang. I’m born and raised here in Ocean Beach San Diego Ca. Uncle Steve Lis and the twin fin have a long standing heritage here. I can’t express how grateful I am that you’re bringing the Saint model back. In past years I have had many boards with the airbrush and the stand up twin fins (MR) style. Unfortunately due to my health (stage 3B kidney failure) the cost of medication is a he ukana kaumaha. However I’m willing to put it in gods hands and order one in place of one month medication fee. I feel that if I get back in the ocean it’s a baptism and will cleanse any stress and health problems, my faith in God and his son Jesus Christ is unconditional.
I just have one question uncle Pang, where can I order one and cost? Mahalo and God bless you beyond measure, you bring so much le’a to so many. 🤙🏼🕊
