@4:57 the guy aiming his double barrel shotgun at the team in the blue car can clearly be seen and heard firing 3 shots, from a weapon that only holds 2 shells. The ammo count drops from the first shot but it didn't for the second shot allowing a 3rd to be fired.

Finally killing someone means that you killed someone that is downed right? Even if the guy fell out of the car while downed, wouldn't it show "died to falling"?
