- Garlic lemon butter prawns
2kg prawns (deveined, butterflied)
100g butter
1 tsp Lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp bullion powder
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced onions
1 habanero
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Sweet potato mash
500g sweet potatoes (boiled in salty water)
2 cups milk
100g butter
1/2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp minced onions
1 habanero
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Prawn gravy
Head/ shells of 2kg prawns
4 cups water
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 large carrot
2 habaneros
1 tbsp parsley, salt to taste
1 tbsp corn flour
Cook for 30-45 minutes
Strain, use broth to cook veggies.
Strain, reduce
Thicken with corn slurry.
2024, In the States, this dish you just prepared would cost at least $160 American dollars. I might be off the cost might be more. Your did looks delicious 😋. I love watching your children help prep the food.

@@NancyUmeh Those prawns in Seattle Washington were by weight $10 to $15 dollars each. A decent restaurant one or two prawns per meal for two would have easily cost $120 to $200. Depending on the restaurant.

My AT&T email was hacked after I bought your cook book. Finally AT&T finally went public about the hacking. I joined a class action lawsuit against them because I lost so many important contacts. I lost emails that were important to me. My bank account and credit cards were also affected by the hacking.
I was locked out of my own email twice after they hacked me. It took a year to get my email fixed. I still get spam emails really bad from right wing conspiracy theories.
