I never knew about this trick, huh.
What I did for this was I just cut and split out every frame in Audio then use + and - to make this pitch go up or down but this is much easier to do lol.

you gotta set fx automation for vibrato with the envelope

@@WackoFurball6 I think that effect is either "scrambling" or first reverse an audio and then speed the audio up. I could do a tutorial on "scrambling" :)

@@Heroheenie Coz previously when I crack my Vegas Pro 10, the Vegas also didn't come with any video FXs. I believe this was an issue caused by cracking because when I upgraded to Vegas Pro 13, the video FXs reappeared

Yup. Vibrato is a default audio FX that is included in all Vegas Pro versions

This happened to me before and I think that this happens because your cracked version of Vegas Pro is bugged. I recommend upgrading or downgrading your Vegas Pro version
