For those that are still missing 1 or 2 of them note sometimes they don’t spawn in. I arrived at a spot in a new save and I had 2 of them not spawn in. Just leave the area and come back and they should spawn in
Aha! I fucking found it on accident, it was the one behind the ESAM building sign. I didn't realize that there were two signs that said ESAM and I was looking behind the wrong one.

PLEASE HELP I collected all tokens, made all Combat Tours and completed all races with at least bronze medal, I also unlocked the Peter Parker suit from the fifth Johnny Storm race but the game still tells me that I completed 59/60 races. How is it possible? I just wish to play with the Black suit...
