All the changes you make in the OG house will disappear when you finish all the jobs! So don't finish all the jobs until they update that! Oh btw you can change the material of the toilet, maybe you can select metal and make it gold?

The game totally mis-labeled the bidet. That is clearly a hand sink. I appreciate your imagination though.
I can sort of see the mad idea behind it. The house owner really wanted a lookout tower, but was concerned about not being able to make it in time going down to the toilet. Thus, a toilet in the lookout tower.

This is such a smart tactic by drae to make his office house so horrid, that it makes me drool to play the game myself!

Best house flipper series ever Drae! Is it just me or does the bidet look like a sink? 😂
The reason the boxes in the building section are separated is because it separates them into sections. So you can grab the box for that section and complete that section before grabbing the next box. Also so you don't have all the parts in your inventory immediately, making it harder to find the part you need for assembly.
Drae reminds me of the lady who, with no permits or experience, started digging a mining tunnel into her sub basement until the city shut her down 😂
Drae, you wouldn't like my house! It's a narrow house that was built in 1938 by farmers that owned the land. Then before foreclosure some drug addicts added onto the house (not up to code). Anyway it has a large living room then it goes straight into the long and somewhat narrow kitchen with a tiny hall with a bedroom and bathroom. There is a doorless entryway between the kitchen and laundry room (big laundry room compared to the closet sized one we had before we moved) with a den next to the laundry room that I've made my room and then at the end of my room is my brother's room. With the shop, garage, and house it's shaped like a U.
Love the tower bathroom! Too bad you couldn't do a medieval style turret.

Windows can open on the outside if you put them on from the outside, which in your current loo design can be quite challenging (not sure if you can put scaffolding that far out. Yeah, well...nice trolling though ;) I know it's for the game purpose and all, but it really makes you wonder what kind of atrocities you would create, building your own house in real life, with money not being an object XD
Drae all proud of himself for finding the "hidden" room that was required by the game to finish the house then totally misses the other hidden room in the hidden room.

rule of thumb is handle on the side always inward handle on the bottom always outward there are windows that can turn and tilt inward at the side and top but bottom always goes outward at the bottom with the hinge on top. The bottom goes outward because of rain
Whoever lives in this house, better hope he doesn’t have an emergency, bathroom kind, imagine, you really need to go big, and the only toilet is like 5 floors up.
When you’re in a huge rush to poop and you have to run 5 flights to go.
