From where did you start? What are the legality on indian roads to install jerry can? And what is the issue with police you faced in different states e.g. Jharkhand, bihar, up, uk, himachal etc.?
What if crash happens and the first thing it hits is the jerry can. Due to friction spark will generate and hit the spilling petrol resulting in fire which is again close to engine causing massive damage.
Yeah thats right brother. It can happen on any motorcycle with jerrycans mounted on crash guard. And if u are using it then you have to face the down side of it. 😃
Yes it helped me. You need this if you are going to ladakh on a low/average milage bikes. You will not get petrol pumps on leh-manali highway and many parts of ladakh. You can buy petrol from the local shop but it will cost you 20-30 INR more.
Yes it is safe. You just need to relese the pressure (evaporated petrol) from the small nozzle quite often when riding in a hot sunny day. It is good to have a crash guard with long sliders atleast more than the width of the jerrycan to prevent puncture (on the jerrycan) in a event of a crash.

@@keepitrolling2020 I have lluvia crash guard for dominar 400. Will it be good? I am planning to get only one side. Also this fuel can is very strong so nothing to worry with fire during crash. This long haul is a brand.

There is a little extra space in jerrycan (like 5.1-5.2 liters). But you should fill exactly 5 liters. The extra space is for the gas released by petrol. And go for the black one it looks better 🙂. Stay connected

Yes it looks flimsy. But the plastic quality is very good and it's thick. Yes it can carry 5ltrs of fuel easily.
