My us general 5 drawer kicks ass, i paired it up with the 56" us general and man i cant be more happy. Its just a metal box that holds the tools no need to spend a ton, i dont need top brand for that.
If you have access to a cornwell guy, i’d highly suggest you check out their 3/8 impact wobbles/swivels. IMO they have the best swivel value and quality of all the truck brands. I had matco pinless and grey pneumatic swivels and got the cornwell USA made metric super set with 8mm to 24mm shallow/deep no skips. One of my best purchases to date. These things are great.
Max, Matco and snapon are the best and 60 years has proved it The diy tools are great now and getting better every day It’s what I would buy if I was getting started Best to You and Merry Christmas 2022
wow, that is one full tool cart.. you did a great job organizing it. i do also love my blue point ratcheting wrenches. i bought them around 10 years ago, i use them all the time and have never an issue with any of them.. it really doesnt bother me that their made in tiawan!! some really great tools come from there!! cheers
I love your cart setup; saw a few things I’d like to add to mines, and the best part is, most of your tools are top-tier brands, with a few 2nd-tier brands sprinkled in. Great tour!!
This is my plan too! For the essentials. Ratchet and sockets I can justify snap on, mac etc. For the rest I can go cheaper. Tekton etc. Then fir rarely used items I can go cheap
Old school mechanic here, cool cart, but to many high end brand name tools. And yes ,very expensive too. My opinion the Snap-on & Mac tools sockets are crap. The only thing that Snap-on & Mac tools have that are good quality tools are there wrenches, and that's pretty much it. My opinion I would stick with the Gearwrench socket sets & drive ratchet line up, & extension sets. and with wrenches I would go with Mac tools, Sk, Icon , Milwaukee. But hay that's just my opinion.
@scottaddison8071 Not bad advice, just if your on a budget, go with affordable tools. Snap-on is overrated and quality is not very good, except there wrenches. A true mechanic doesn't need expensive tools to get the job done. It's all about his experience. But hay that's just my opinion
Always buy the best quality tools available within reason. Snap-on & MAC both offer the very best quality tools with a Lifetime warranty and they offer weekly payment plans at Zero interest. Don’t go cheap and waste your money. Use that money wisely and put it toward a great investment in quality tools that will make you more productive and proud to be associated with quality. You are who you hand around. Quality breeds Quality and it reflects in your work & reputation. Cheap is never the answer in your tools and work. Always demand Quality
@scottaddison8071 Lol! Been a mechanic for quite some time. Yes, it's about quality. But the right brand of quality. And sorry to say with my years of experience in tools, Snap-on is not of quality. Hell my 3/8 120xp Gearwrench locking flex head is way better then the Snap-on locking flex head. The gears on the Gearwrench is smoother then the Snap-on, plus way better price then the Snap-on. If your a Snap-on fan, hay that's great. That's your personal choice. But from my knowledge in tools & automotive experience. Go with something that's not to expensive and gets the job done. My opinion I prefer Gearwrench or Mactools over Snap-on anytime every time when working on a job.
Sounds like you haven’t really been exposed to Snap-on products in earnest. There is a reason Snap-on is the #1 Tool Company in the World in quality, all of which is based on Snap-on’s commitment to rigorous engineering, testing, manufacturing & Pride in their product, otherwise Snap-on couldn’t command their qualified Top tier leadership in a competitive marketplace. Enjoy your Harbor Freight tools. That is your right. God bless American Made

I love my Snap On tools as much as the next guy, but their screwdrivers can suck it. I can't stand them. Awesome set up you have in that cart.
I agree I like Matco screw driver and have three sets, tool box , home and pickup set
Good job love you From Dino Mares Fontana CA
Very well done.
SWEET!
Nice set up
I think the cart is awesome! I like the slide top design. The red and black works really well together. The layout is very well done!
I really want a matching black and red macsimizer someday.
Nice!!
part number for the 4 peice extra deep impact sockets ? thank you
I'm sorry but they discontinued them awhile ago. Idk why
Hope you did not second mortgage your house 😂
Yep but it’s smart to buy the smallest house and raise kids in it , they will be gone in a heartbeat
Put your money in tools and equipment
