Everybody talks about “offers” as if it’s one simple concept
However, there’s actually 2 VERY distinct types of offers.
Demand Capture offers, and Demand Generation.
The way you sell one is COMPLETELY different than how you would sell the other.
Since most of you don’t even know what the difference is between the two, you might be trying to sell one type of offer, as if it was the other kind.
After watching this video, you’ll understand what type of offer you’re currently selling, and I’ll even give a ton of examples for different services under each type of offer.
Now, let me explain to you what these two types of offers are
A Demand Capture Offer is something that someone will buy only if they're already looking for it.
websites,
IT services,
insurance,
recruiting,
bookkeeping,
credit card processing.
On the other hand, a Demand Generation Offer is an offer you can create demand for.
getting more leads with Facebook ads,
building a personal brand on Twitter,
LinkedIn automated outreach,
influencer marketing,
cold calling.
Your offer can fall anywhere on this scale. For instance, services like these can fall somewhere in the middle:
SEO,
public relations, and
ad writing
Sometimes, you can even swing more to one side.
Organic RUclips Management would fall more towards demand generation
Now, let's talk about mechanisms.
A Demand Capture Mechanism, like Google ads, gets in front of people actively searching for it.
A Demand Generation Mechanism, like cold email or Facebook ads, interrupts someone to generate demand.
If you want to sell a Demand Capture Offer with a Demand Generation Mechanism, you can do three things:
go for high volume,
position your offer to be unique,
outreach to prospects based on demand capture indicators.
you can look for signs that a prospect might need your service, like if they're hiring for a specific role or just installed a specific technology.
In terms of high volume,
if you're selling a Demand Generation Offer with a Quantifiable Promise + Guarantee + Social Proof, you can typically get around 1 client for every 1,000 prospects contacted via Cold Email.
If you're selling a Demand Capture Offer, the numbers will hang more towards 1 client for every 5,000-20,000 prospects contacted via cold email.
To position your Demand Capture Offer as Unique, you can add a unique feature to your offer.
For instance, instead of just offering web design, you can offer web design with internal fraud monitoring software.
Now, let's talk about Traffic Generation and Traffic Conversion.
Traffic Generation is everything that has to do with getting traffic in the first place, like Facebook ads or content marketing.
Traffic Conversion is everything that has to do with converting the traffic you already have, like email marketing or copywriting.
Here's a couple topics we went over in this video:
b2b marketing,
how to scale your agency,
making good offers,
risk reversals,
how to sign clients,
and more surrounding business as a whole.
how to make a good offer,
smma,

You editor is on something. The videos are getting better and better 🔥🔥
Gonna keep making it better 🔥
Appreciate it 🤝 i cooked it up
Disagree. Visual aids enhance the speaker's message, but constant text movement, flashing lights, change in contrast and sounds are distracting.

So 🔥 Daniel- been looking forward to this.
With Klaviyo email marketing (everyone’s fav offer lol) - where would you say this is on the spectrum?
50% demand generation, 50% demand capture?
Assuming a quantifiable offer, case studies, and guarantee here… should one aim for 1 client per ~5-10k leads contacted via cold email?
You’re right on the money
Love the content Daniel! Where did you learn all these things? Was it studying at college or just learning off the internet from different places? I’ve never seen a guru mention these things before.
I watched a disgusting amount of RUclips videos on a ridiculously high range of topics for years straight. This video gives a pretty good breakdown of how to replicate that: ruclips.net/video/h3sLVFJsJc8/видео.html

Wanted to ask you this, what are your thoughts on
offering to reduce churn and fully automate the backend for agencies, or coaches or membership sites?
Using AI & automation softwares
2:10 interruption VS demand
HEY Danel, what about the offer decay when it comes to demand capture offers and competition on the Graph? DO we ALSO need to Dimentionalize as a copywriters?
The biggest problem with guys who start up copywriting as a service is they are under the assumption that business owners even know what copywriting is. "Copywriting" is a legal term for 99% of the population and there are hundreds of thousands of millionaires who have run multiple businesses that don't even know what this means. You shouldn't even use the word "copywriting" unless you're prospecting to companies that have an inherent understanding of direct response (which not many do). You need to be making your sales argument around the fact that they're missing out on tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales by not running a "newsletter" - and that's how you position yourself. You do newsletters for businesses to drive them more revenue
Why your website not available in my country (Pakistan)?
1000 or 20 000 emails to land one client? Are people receiving 10k emails each day in US or whats happening? My go to value has been 1 client per 100 mails for demand capturing offer, demand generating can be even more. I am talking about finnish market.
This video is fucking FIRE
Thank you ser!
Great video Daniel I want to ask how to get my first client for my short form content agency without free trial
1. Do you have examples of what your short form content looks like available for people to see, and 2. Is your short form content actually good, or are you just using auto captions thinking somebody is gonna pay you $50 a post for you to upload a file into capcut and just click an auto caption button? Because that definitely isn't happening
@@danielfazio yes I have
Question? For getting the first client you recommended to do "free work" and send to 100 businesses.
So should we focus on reaching out to those 100 businesses first until at least one of them accept to implement our "free work" ?
And only starting with volume cold outreach once we have case studies?
100% custom outreach until you get a performance based / free client. Do high volume outreach when you have something to show. For instance, if you're a design agency, and you don't have a bunch of examples of what your designs look like, nobody is going to buy design services for you. So you need a portfolio. What's the best way to create a portfolio? By delivering free work and using the portfolio work simultaneously as a lead gen mechanism. Post it publicly online, tag the business/owner you created it for. Keep doing this over and over again until you get paying clients. If nobody is paying you, it's either 1.) you haven't done it long enough yet, or 2.) your work actually isn't good, and you need to get better
@@danielfazio Thanks. I am learning through courses email marketing and deliverability for eCom. I will write customed emails flows and checklist for improved deliverability for each of them. Performance based fee (10% of gross profit - as you recommend). I like this approach.
Yo Daniel, I'm sure you gonna see this so dropping a question here:
Imma 19yo from a third-world country and currently using cold dms to land clients through twitter.
Sucessfully landed 2 clients yet. But low ticket. So I have literally have 400 usd to my name. That's all.
I want to go big with a website/landing page business.
The only currency I have for the next few months is time. Its summers break from college.
If you were in my place, what strategy would u use?
or simply
what advice would you give me?
Make a list of 100 people you'd love to work with, create a landing page design mockup re-do for them, post it publicly on twitter & linkedin and tag them in it. Name the challenge something like "30 days of landing page redesigns". Go even higher psychopath mode by making short form content filming yourself redesigning the pages & explaining why you're doing what you're doing. Post on TikTok, RUclips Shorts, and IG reels

If I have a job right now and some cash shall I go all in to make an agency ?, do you think it's the most rewarding thing to do right now ?, Would really appreciate your advice.
Don't quit your job until you have clients
@@danielfazio what do you think of using white label google ads providers to handle the fulfillment for business ?
sir, I have a stammering issue that's why I don't speak to anyone. so, is there any way I can make at least $1,000 online? if yes then from which way? Because of this stammering problem, I am not even able to get a cheap job. I am willing to work hard I can do anything.
Robert Kennedy Jr has a voice problem and is currently the most popular running candidate for the next president of the United States. Do everything you can to work on your voice (free classes online and probably on RUclips as well), but in the meantime, this is a deficiency you made up. Who cares. If you're really really good at something, it doesn't matter what you sound like. I have a client in India making $25k/mo USD (he's basically a millionaire as the equivalent in India). He doesn't get on camera much. You can do it, don't let this stop you
