I got the signature, then got a spare bottomless basket, screen, and the flow control basket. If you want to dial in with a good grinder, the new flow control tops unscrew for cleaning. Now it's a bottomless basket.
I love my Flair Pro 2, but "quick coffee"? Come on. It's not quick at all, and for me that's perfectly fine. One reason why I love the machine so much is that it is a slow, manual, tactile, sensory process.

I have flow control v2, and Hot Water is usually dripping down, if I would preheat the bottom part this way.
