As far as the air tag, i've heard someone suggest taking off one of the corner panels and placing it behind, then reinstalling. There was also someone that 3d printed a mount you can screw in to the top, inside, of the lidded boxes.
Weihe designs has a well thought out lock mechanism for the draws. It can allow you to lock all draws or individual ones so your laser draw can be locked all day when not needed but still allowing access to the other draws.
I modified that pouch using the thin, soft plastic of a large ice cream container, heated and folded over the big pocket deviders with hot glue in the fold of the plastic to hold it in the pockets, this helped with sliding tools in and out faster. The electric vessel fits nicely and I also hot glued the bottom of the tape holder closed so I could be sure that my extra 50mm bit for the vessel driver didn't go to deep in or fall out the bottom for quick assess to change bits.
I believe they have a contact with Lowe's to be their only supplier for the first like 6 months of 2024. So hopefully soon that can start selling elsewhere!
The bottom drawer on the 3 drawer has a recess for the locking mechanism. But don’t know why they didn’t have dividers for that side still. Looks like you need to make a stacktech to packout mounting adaptor to use the slide in the car.
Yeah I’m would have liked them to still make some dividers to suit. An adapter plate will surely come out. I would love to make one but it depends on time. I’m sure people are already working on it
Hey mate, love the effort you go to in your videos. Keep it up! Have you see the aeg quickstack 2.0? They gave just come out with drawers and interchangeable wheels so you can have a roller box or roller drawers.
yeah, so they sell the roller box and the drawers seperately. They don't sell drawers with wheel assembly. But the quick release wheel assembly is clips off the roller box and clips on the drawers.
How has the dolly go getting around site? I would prefer the trolley but don’t want the box on the bottom like you. I would need to sometimes take the stack out to the van which could be parked quite a distance away. Not sure the dolly could handle that. Thoughts?
So both packout and stacktech have your long dividers that go front to back, then the short ones that go in between. Why is there only 2 slots for the short ones? Why not have say 6? Its like they just copied packout without thinking of a better idea
I get why you’ve done it but if it ain’t broke, don’t replace with a less functional set up 😏 you paid for that gear to get imported from the states too right? I love getting new tools but not as much as you 😂 I do enjoy your content. Cheers
@AddictedtoTools you have to find a work around for the lock, find a work around for the lid, find a work around for the drawers and some other small things. All stuff that is already sorted on the packout.
@mmcfly867 it’s been good on site so far. Haven’t had any worries and it’s been a good setup. Biggest thing for myself at the moment is the lock for the drawers
For insurance purposes you need a lock otherwise insurance won’t cover you. Also it’s extra deterrent because some people on site might want to be discreet and grab something from inside so you won’t notice straight away. People on site don’t wanna break something to steal it because they would get caught
Hellova downgrade mate. 😂Lock holes don’t have metal and half of them can’t lock anyways. Smaller boxes. Too many cons. Yeah pull out the dividers and throw Milwaukee trays in it. Useless boxes
You throw everything away as well and get your self a motorised wheeling cart don't understand why all you trades still building like the cave men we are well off in to the future now
He's not wrong financially there doing poorly. Lowes is slowly dumping them in the states there clearancing out stacktech at my local stores. There are products like the 5 in 1 electrican utility knife I haven't gotten may hands on in almost a year and if I really have to have it ebay is my only choice. Stuff like that isn't just in my area relatives on the other side of rhe country see the same thing. Packout user because it will be here for a long long time. Sometimes reliability wins regardless if there may be a better product out there.

For me it has to be rain tight. Our tools go in the bed of the truck. Milwaukee also has metal rings to attach chains to.
Great video will be interesting to see how it goes day to day vs the ease of the packout system

I seen somewhere else you can undo the faster in the middle of the wooden top and slide it for “hidden storage” you could put your air tag in there
The top cutting board holders screws as well. Just remove the middle screw and slide off for more storage.
So jealous! Need this in the UK urgently! Toughbuilt are taking so long to bring it out!!
I believe they have a contact with Lowe's to be their only supplier for the first like 6 months of 2024. So hopefully soon that can start selling elsewhere!
Bro we need you to do a review of the Hilti set, Bosch set, AEG Set and Makita you are running.
Good to see you’re making a comeback.
Cheers mate. I’ll definitely have to do something with a lot of the new gear. I’m hoping to push more RUclips content in the coming months

Cheers mate. Yeah I have looked a few times and haven’t found the drawer roller yet. When do I’m grabbing it for a review. Looks good
yeah, so they sell the roller box and the drawers seperately. They don't sell drawers with wheel assembly. But the quick release wheel assembly is clips off the roller box and clips on the drawers.
I totally agree their no way to lock the drawers especially when you are driving around corners they just open themselves right up.

Milwaukee Racking shelf fits nicely on that Toughbuilt work top if anyone didnt want to use cleats. It doesnt look funky either.
Love the stacktech but have noticed the bottom wheels box isn't completely water proof
You can leave the large tool box latch open all day and m lock it at night.
is the draw thingy not there because the looking system is under the bottom right side
Yeah it’s most likely because of something underneath
They have a 4 draw set don’t they?
I think milwaukee is superior on the tool boxes but tough built absolutely nailed the tool pouches...
Mate how do you store your conduit bits?
Depends. We have storage cages on each level we work on and then I’ll what I need in the packout/stacktech.
Do many Australians pick up on the reference to your shirt ?
Are we going to see your video on the Kincrome powertool range anytime soon? 👀
Was hoping to get it done this weekend but had some setbacks. So should be soon
@@AddictedtoTools excited to see what you think. Their hand tools have only been getting better and better over the years 👍🏻
@@TheRealPatrickStarOfficial it’s just going to be white labeled stuff though. What’s the point
@James-dx9ho I don't understand what you mean? I think Kincrome were developing this range themselves.
@@TheRealPatrickStarOfficial highly doubtful. All their stuff is made overseas

Looks like once you got that screw box/organiser on top you don’t got much room to get a lock through.
Where are each manufactured? It should be told.
China

Seems like every step of the way you're having to compromise

Anyway, hope it works out.
@mmcfly867 yeah there’s definitely a few things I wished they did differently.
@mmcfly867 it’s been good on site so far. Haven’t had any worries and it’s been a good setup. Biggest thing for myself at the moment is the lock for the drawers
The locking system being open and in the front is a bad design. Wait till dust and debris gets caught in there and you can’t work the slide lock.
Have you seen any problems with the packout lock? As it is similar. I go over that in the video
The locking function isn’t a big deal in my eyes . You can cut that off in seconds 😂😂 packout or stacktech
For insurance purposes you need a lock otherwise insurance won’t cover you. Toughbuilt will be bankrupt in 18 months
Whys that?
@@AddictedtoTools company is in massive financial distress, hanging on by a thread, burning cash like crazy, suppliers yet to be paid after 9 months
