It's sad that that's how corporations look at it, but that's the way it currently is, depending on the job you're basically just a part in a machine, and if it's a less important or cheap part then it's easy to replace if it doesn't meet whatever standards are set. Greed really does suck.
Mio's got such a strong precense. Even if she isn't the loudest or craziest member, she's defenitely the Miso soup, and when she wasn't here, you could totally tell there was a hole. Also, Fubuki is very sweet. i've been getting into her during Mio's break, and wow she is fun

Thinking objectively, I was able to form a habit of watching Mio on Sunday afternoon because it was so regular. When she was hospitalized, sure I watched others - kinda like I always do - but Sundays always felt off. So maybe I've always valued that consistency from her, and maybe she's realizing that she's valued by everyone around her (since I know she was down in the dumps about that a very, very long time ago but I never realized she hadn't fully realized it) Don't want Mio to think she's beholden to us indefinitely, but as long as she's having fun and healthy it's good to have her around.
Seeing Major Arcana finally posting again just proves Mio's theory. Mionium deficiency is very real, and there's no alternative treatment. I hope the Miofa never have to wait so long for their oshi again
