Musings | Depression

Depression is a bugger, and often there are many times when you don't understand or realise you are suffering from this affliction.
As part of my coming to terms with and understanding my own depression, I made a little - okay, long - video about how I used to hide away and not face up to the depression and how, by making these videos I am overcoming it.
Any feed back will be much welcome, and of course there will be a bloopers/outtakes video coming soon...
