Bc effy can be a bitch. Don't get me wrong I love her so much she's always been my favorite character and always will be. But I hated what she did to cook he truly loved her with all his heart. And she just used him to distract herself from Freddie. he was just a distraction for her. Nothing else. she never loved him back. and this scene proves that. he didn't deserve any of what she put him through. she played around with Freddie's feelings too she may have been sick with a mental illness but they loved her she could've at least let them in instead of pushing them away. especially cook bc he was just as broken as she was.
That's so unfair, she says Cook was never good for her but she wasn't exactly an angel was it? ACTUALLY, she "invited" him to act the way he did. But whatever, I love her anyways.
She kind of challenged him to be the way he became in the very beginning with the whole list. It's just painful, sure Cook was a screw-up but he probably would change everything about himself to get Effy back.
I understand Effy's character, she hid her emotions by being mute, she's manipulative, she doesn't get close to people etc. She wanted to change but the happiness she found in Freddie died when he did unbeknownst to her, and Foster remained her psychiatrist. People go thru those suicidal phases like her but how is she an inspiration if she never actually recovered? I'm talking about what we saw at the time in Series 4 not Series 7
I think she was terrible to both of them, and she caused problems. Now Freddie is dead, and who knows what shit Cook is in right now with Series 7. Cook may be pissing his life up the wall but even if he lost her to Fred, Cook still remained loyal. He has a lot of potential to change. And I don't see the appeal in Effy's character and how she's an inspiration.

Well i mean her character is kind of difficult to understand to some people you have to look deep within Effy she's an inspiration because of what she went threw and how she wanted to change i mean with the drugs and cutting trying to commit suicide she was trying to gain some sort of satisfaction so she could stop so she could be happy and she found that within Freddie and he tried to help her and everyone around her tries to help her as much as they can so they don't lose Effy for good
I hope that they got married and ended up togheter after freddies death. Hopefully that will be shown in season 7. :) I read that they are coming back for season 7.
How is he not apsoloutly soaking wet when she first comes out ? As the scene goes on he gets more covered in rain.. So, he's either got a trusty umbrella but chucks it away just in time.. Or he was in the pub from the beggining and neither of them needed to be stood in the rain? No hate here, I love skins, but it's always confused me :/
