You should be able to do it in silhouette studio. I do mine in affinity designer. I just create a shape and then create a clipping mask which puts the design inside the shape. I am not sure how to do that in silhouette studio but you should be able to.

You need sublimation paper to transfer it.

I let mine dry over night. The spots eventually went away for mine.
When they dried could tell where you added the scent oil ?
There was only one spot where I could tell. For the most part, you could not tell where the oil was at.

Yes it has to be a sublimation printer with sublimation ink and sublimation paper

Yes. I hung them up to dry for a while before packaging.

Yes. Mine eventually went back to being flat. You can probably put something on it to flatten it after you press it.
How long does the fragrance last?
My mother in law has one in her car and it still has the fragrance. It has been at least over two months that she has has had it.
