When contemplating the words "Lightness of Being" what jumped out at me was that "being" had a little message for me as in: "be in G" It ultimately led me to this meditation, and understanding. Thank you, thank you. 🙏🏽
This is a great meditation on the Throat Chakra. The G note really draws energy into your body and throat and the sounds are beautiful. It felt really helpful to me.
highly recommended, i have been doing this meditation now for about 6 weeks - it is truly amazing, i am going to also do the 70 minute full chakra mediation by this amazing individual on a more regular basis, - i love this - so spiritual - so peaceful and it works, have already recommended to 1 of my clients and a really good friend and will continue to do so

Each chakra correlates to an astrological house(s). This one is particularly good if you have mercury retrograde in your birth-chart! ...(Trouble in communicating clearly in your speech and getting your ideas across to others).
Can throat chakra open instantly . I have not been doing throat chakra meditation regularly but today I did atleast 3 different types of throat chakra meditation and after doing this I feel very heat and light feeling around my throat are. I also feel relaxed and don't feel chocked . Is it possible that I have cleared throat chakra. How will I know if I have clear my throat chakra . Please let me know as I have both thyroid and complex PTSD.
