I've come across many women who dress feminine but are very masculine in mannerism. The loud talk, swear a lot, no smile at all, rude, interupt while holding conversations, laugh loudly so that everyone passing by can see that they are laughing, feel the need to keep clapping while confronting people, twerking,roll their eyes at people, even as far as the way they hold their wine glass. Veey controlling and confrontational. The list goes on and on. One can look put together but they can still be or come across as masculine. I can confidently say in the US, we have a looooot of masculine behaved women who dress in a feminine way.
