This is a real good short video showing and hearing the exhaust.
I bought a new 650 Vstar Silverado 2002 as a second bike and still live to ride it.

It's insane that a 650 sounds this good. Only carbureted bike I will even consider for a starter bike.

Great video. This makes me miss my Vstar 650 Classic.
I briefly had one then I got a Vstar 650 Custom. It was beautiful too but the Classic looks better in my opinion.

    Awesome Sounds!
V&H are pricey, but well worth it.
These will work great on my '08 V Star Silverado project bike.
    Thanks for sharing ✌️

Hey, i have a vstar 650 as well, i was thinking of swapping the stock pipes, so i was wondering if you had to adjust the carburetors at all, or are the pipes you bought just plug and play??? Im wondering in case i have to rejet, or readjust my fuel/Air mixture just to make the bike run fine with an aftermarket exhaust system.

Pretty sure you have to rejet.

The 650 definitely has a much deeper tone.
    Is the air intake stock?

I just got mine with those on it did you have to change the carburetor jets cuz mine takes a little bit to warm up so the piston starts kicking
