    Hello!
I love the video! I am going to start the camino (🤞) on next Sunday and I loved this perfect timing.
There are tons of videos about camino but I am done with what to put in your backpack and how to prevent feet from blisters.
I am scared that I will be alone with myself! How hard it is to face with your own ideas and anxiety! This is the scariest part of camino for me and you just helped me a lot! Even seeing that I am not alone is amazing!
    Thank you!
    And congratulations 🎉

Thank you so much and buen camino to you! The beauty of the Camino is you can be as alone or as surrounded as you want, so it's easy to adjust your environment for what your mental health needs each day. You've got this!

Thats so sweet! I tried to be as authentic as possible in these videos so I'm glad you feel like you know me after watching them! There are so many people who make the camino look like an easy-peasy highlight reel and I didn't want to send that message, because at the end of the day- it's still life and life has ups and downs no matter where in the world you are.

I'm off in 10 days to walk the Camino Portugués coastal route from Porto. Your tips and great attitude really helped to motivate me. Thank you!

Always love your videos. I think we would be BFFs if we lived near each other. My Camino starts in just over two weeks! But I spied the New Zealand prints in the bedroom! Have you been here before? 😄

Thank you! And so excited for you to walk your camino, too! I hope it's everything you ever imagined! And yes, I photographed a wedding in Australia several years back and so we went and did two or three weeks car-camping around NZ while there 😀

You know yourself well and wisely used these techniques to calm the waters before drastic action. I'm proud that you conquered this challenge! You did a very hard thing with style, grace, and good humor. The latter was your best asset on the journey. Forget someone with FND; this was a triumph for any human on the planet!

Awesome video! After my bad case of Covid 2 years ago, I developed an anxiety disorder... but just listening to your tips and tricks makes me feel a 100% better about my upcoming camino next week! You are such a wonderful person and I loved watching you "conquer" the camino for the whole way :)

Awww perfect timing for this video then! I'm glad it could be helpful and I hope you are able to fend off the anxieties on your way! One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that your body experiences the same sensations for anxiety and excitment, so often telling your brain that it is excitement and not anxiety is all it takes to change how your brain and body perceive it. I hope you have a fabulous camino!
