Thanks for coming back to LiSA! She is one of the most technically capable singers I have seen. She's an absolute perfectionist, with stunning control. One of the best singers in the world. What amazes me more than that though, is how much emotion she carries into a performance. She literally is the song, and you can hear it. It's amazing to me. I second the recommendation for Unlasting, if you come back to LiSA and First Take. Another great one!

TK's way of just singing is nice, he doesn't use any breathing techniques or tunes like LISA does. As long as your voice is not shaking and you have breath control you can sing like TK.

All her one takes are awesome - but I do recommend turning on the subtitles, so you can hear how the emotion of her expression matches the lyrics. :)
The anime in general, it has very nice songs (openings) and more, and the songs made by Lisa are really the best, anyone who watches anime would say so, she has made the best-known openings of all, she is an eminence in Japan

For your next TFT performance please turn on the CC. Sony added a lot of languages in those videos. The subtitles contain the lyrics + their talking, so you can get a even better feel for the songs/their reaction.
Suzuka Nakamoto, lead singer for Babymetal, recently did a First Take session. Pretty spectacular.
LiSA has become one of my all time favorite musical artist. She just pours everything she has into her music. If you get the chance, you should check out Unlasting. It is another song that she packs full of emotion!
Lisa definitely has one of the most unique voices ever. She is literally playing at the boundary of her voice yet it sounds so good. A few seconds into a song and i know its Lisa right away. Truly a once in a lifetime talent

Ever since I first heard LiSA in ~2012(?), when I started watching Anime again, I really wanted a collaboration with Chester Bennington...
Imagine those two together in one song...

Lisa is the queen of Anime songs. I think she's done at least 15 and 5 of them have won awards. I prefer her live performances because it really showcases how she sings with such passion. It's like the music takes over her entire body.
If you keep going with The First Take, you must hear the performance of "Shout Baby"! The singer has such a powerful voice and starts with a beautiful acapella.
I love The First Take channel. There so many amazing singers I also think that you will really like Ado she is 19 years old and has a really unique voice. I recommend the song Usseewa

I love your input on the form/technicalities on singing. I'm jsut a listener but the manner you explain the skills of every singer makes me understand 200% more the skill it takes to make music. So glad you are around to explain it to us the uncultured.

LiSA's TFT of Akeboshi is really good as well. Babymetal just recently did one of a piano version of Monochrome off of their concept album. It really shows off Su's voice and you will get to hear a bit of Moa as well.

On the change between mics at the start: Another thing to consider is that both mics won't be sent through the same effects, so even if they're the same mic, a different EQ and effects chain can drastically change how things sound.

A really good song in japanese that you might wanna check out is Ado's cover of Crime and Punishment, Ado in general is an incredible singer, but I think this cover shows just how good she is.
With lyrics on it hits so much harder
There are a lot of good First Take recommendations here, I'd like to put Lost in paradise from Ali here as well. It's different from most First Takes as it's a full performance with a band, but the song is elevated way above an already great studio version. It also has a mini documentary before the song, giving an insight into the creation of the song.
Please check out Ado! She has an great voice that she uses in insanely dynamic ways, and I've never heard someone so good at portraying emotion. I would recommend her cover of Crim & Punishment specifically, it's amazing.
I would highly recommend Yaosobi's Idol. It is also an amine song but managed to top the billboard.

I have always found the way that Takanori Nishikawa (T.M.Revolution) uses his voice, sounds great (just as good live as the recordings). I don't know anything about singing though so I would love to hear what a vocal coach thinks about it. I'd recommend the video T.M.Revolution - FLAGS [LIVE at Inazuma Rock Fes 2011].
Even if you don't want to react, I respect. But YOU HAVE TO listen to ALCIONE, a Brazilian icon from RIO DE JANEIRO. Her voice, her lyrics, everything about that woman speaks: "I'm from Brasil, I'm from Rio"
