Outrage is a webcomic on Weebtoons made by Deadpool cocreator Fabian Nicieza- It stats with a creepy stalker sending threatening texts to a woman when a glowing red man climbs out of his phone and beats the tar out of him. It is very much what if Freakazoid was made by the writer of Deadpool. o clue if it will get a 2nd season but a good comic
2 things can be done with this super show: 1.- Take the same show, fill it with 80's and 90's references and you have the recipe for nostalgia. And as we all know nostalgia is a good way to sell stuff (merchandise, books, comics, software, etc.) The bad news from my point of view is that the show still is focused on us born in the 80's or 90's. 2.- Take the same show and parody the internet life, the trolls, facebook, twitter, etc. as the show did in the beginning and Voila! you have a proper reboot of Freakazoid.
Wouldn't that be a terrible idea? You couldn't do nearly as much of the crazy stuff don't we all love about freakazoid. That's almost as bad as having the idea to animate Napoleon Dynamite.

The clip of Paul Rugg riffing literally has me in tears. I still love this show. I showed my kids 'Animaniacs', 'Tiny Toons', and 'Pinky & The Brain' and they loved them all so they're definitely going to love this.
As much as I love Freakzaoid (And I FREAKING LOVE this show and was devastated when it got cancelled) I'm still very curious to see how Bruce Timm's version would've turned out

Thank you I'm mostly Irish/French and we were discriminated against for many years we were not aloud in some parts of America and people would throw racists slurs at my ancestors and before America we had nothing I'm glad I never had to go through what my ancestors did because we were also kept as slave's 😊

Mandela Effect story about Freakazoid: Me and one other Redditor remember a demo of a Freakazoid PC game. Takes place in a lab, solve puzzles, pick up items, etc. At the end Freakazoid is launched from a catapult towards a castle. Does any other Freakazoid fans remember it? Closest me and the other Redditor discovered was a game called Hyperman but we remember the catapult launching from the lower left of the screen to the upper right to the castle. Still feels like a Freakazoid game should still be out there. Similar style as the old Ace Ventura game.
so... to sum up: Freakazoid is a freak entity that takes control (partialy or totaly) of a geek. This happened when he used hes computer. The main enemy of this freak-a-zoid is (frontal) lobe... the series speaks for itself
Y'know Freakazoid actually did remind me of the Creeper and comic book character The Madman...but to me he also kinda reminded me of The Mask a little bit. Y'know, The Mask...green head and had extraordinary abilities relating to that of cartoon physics?
Kind of feel like Freakzoid was a gateway to Deadpool, almost a kid’s version. It does really hold up surprisingly well.

The Creeper was a created by Steve Ditko. And there've been rumors he based Freakazoid off of Mike Alred's Madman (very plausable).
