What is the formula for going from price and a markup value and ending at the marked up result?

I used the margin and markup tables with a multiplier values of 1.667 to get the 5200 result. Was that right?

The margin multiplier for 60% is 2.5. I got that from the standardized margin and markup lookup tables. Multiply 2.5 by all the values from 800-1200 to get her answer.

It is a grand total. So if you have made few calculations and if you want grand total of all the answers of those calculations - gt is used.
